You have to be part of the "in" crowd to get any help from the instructors. Classes are ok, but very repetitive. Fun for a while, but become boring after a period of time. Here's why: -Gym is Super Spacious -Extremely Clean and Well Sanitized -Great Ventilation -New Equipment -Ample Parking -Phenomenal Programming -Seriously Great Members/Coaches Unlike most CrossFit gyms, no-one will be screaming from the rooftops about the "community" and/or challenging you on your pace, weight-choice, attendance. I've yet to hear a "sorry bro, I'm just competitive" at NLSAC. In my few months as a regular since they've opened their doors, I've personally seen twice-a-week members become four times a week, once a week to three times a week. This is a space of support, encouragement, and growth! Seeing and cheering the transformation of others has become more contagious than my own.
