My fiancé started coming here just a few days ago and the greatest benefit she saw to this place is that she is with a group of females only and can work out comfortably in this kind of environment. She really likes this place because all the workouts are made for females which will enhance body areas that she is interested in improving. I am not going to lie that this place also makes me feel comfortable knowing that she is with a all emails group doing something she loves. The only thing that might make some people uncomfortable about this place is that the group of females that has open these gyms are also Herbalife sales reps who promote their products within these facilities as a way of achieving your goals. If it gives you any peace of mind based on what my fiancé has told me they don't push the products on you as much as some might think they simply are recommended.

When I moved to RGV I was so happy to find out that there's an aerial arts studio here! I signed up right away and haven't looked back since! They have multiple classes for all levels. The main instructors, Karla and Jess are patient and friendly. Their teaching style is great! Classes are $25 each but you can sign up for different packets to make the classes cheaper. Class times vary but most are in the afternoon. Some classes also available on the weekends. If you've ever seen a cirque du soleil show and wanted to give it a try yourself, I recommend you sign up for a class. The students are also very friendly and encouraging. The aerial community is awesome! If I haven't convinced you yet, check out their instagram to get a sneak peak of what the classes look like. @rgvaerial
