My first time here was free :) you get a first time free class to figure out if it's for you or…read morenot. I decided to try it out with my entire team of coworkers. First impression: very clean! It doesn't smell bad and with the whole covid situation they had antibacterial wipes everywhere as well as cleaning the floors and the bags after each class. I had never tried boxing in my life so I was a bit lost. Once the session began the trainer (Julio) was able to follow through with me on how to position myself as well as how to hit the bag and do all the exercises. The class is intense! At least for me who hadn't been working out constantly for a while. The class overall is an hour. We begin with stretching then core workout, do 8 rounds of about 3-4 minutes then 1 minute break in between each. Abdominal workout is next and then we stretch again! The music is so much fun and the trainers overall keep you motivated and push you! Decided to join with 3 other people and have been going for 3 months now! I LOVE IT! Will never get a gym membership again. I am no professional but they also offer personal classes and they sell equipment in there too :) they make you feel like a family, they know you by name and check you in right away. Very flexible on times for classes and they even have their own app where you can check the schedule! Overall Great place to workout and introduce yourself to something completely different from just your average gym.
