The withdrawals will continue... this sucks, because they've started the month per month with me already. :( Golds gym will not cancel members if they signed on for two years, but they will cancel the month to month members. They've cancelled group classes and child care. They are limiting up to 50 people capacity. They've said they have very strong cleaning solutions... I want to cancel my membership, because by the time i get out of work- the gym will be at capacity. They will not cancel my membership and will still deduct every month. This sucks. This gym is not corporate- so they can do whatever they want to us locals that can't make it before capacity.

This goes for both members and staff. Staff shouldn't wait until midnight to step in; too often they're seen on their phones instead of on the floor. A visible presence while lifting could actually encourage members to do better. Management, this needs attention!

After I was given a tour and asked repeatedly "so what do you think, you want to work out here, right?" we sat down at the young man's desk and he proceeds to take out his green pen. that's an old car sales trick, green is meant to pacify you and get you to spend money. he proceeded to tell me about every package ever sold at mf. at the end of his schtick the paper looked like a plate of green eggs and ham, it was bleeding green. i told him it was all too confusing, so many packages jumbled all on one piece of paper. i stood up to leave and mr sales guy gets upset, his cohorts get upset and are all talking to me from their desk. all of them saying things like "you will be back" "you won't find a better gym" "we are the best", i realized later they say this to convince themselves. poor bastards. i can see that this is the beginning of the end for mf.

Just after 2 sessions I felt huge shifts physically and energetically. Frank has excellent intuition and insight of where the pain is originating from. He has a big compassionate heart and TRUELY cares about his patients--he gives everyone his undivided attention during their treatments. What I also loved is Frank emailed me photos of the exercises we went over during treatment. If you are more comfortable being treated by a female practitioner Frank's wife Amy is also a PT. She is great, super sweet and very knowledgable. She provided me with massage therapy and gave me some insight on my condition along with some yoga exercises. They both treat you with respect and answer all of your questions. I have no pain and a lot more flexibility due to their knowledge and kindness. Unlike most Physical Therapists I have been to in the past Frank did a lot more work with me both hands on and with the exercises he taught me. Oh and I can't forget to mention how AMAZING the staff is here. They are so friendly..that was the first thing I noticed. The facility is also very clean. Overall, Frank did an Amazing job putting my back together! I was in a lot of pain and now I have Zero pain!! My back feels great and I have more range of motion in my hips and waist. Most importantly, I now feel confident in performing normal every day exercises and my usual workout. Wow thank you Frank and Amy! I would recommend their healing work to all and anyone. I would totally recommend you try them! They are both gifted practitioners and I am very grateful for the couple sessions I have had with them. Called me October 15, 7days later to tell me they verified my insurance & I was out-of-network but they submitted a request for evalualtion & visits. Asked how long would that take & was told 7 to 10 days!. I had to wait over a month for the doctors appointment & NOW over 2 weeks just to get "possible" APPROVAL/AUTHORIZATION. I'll find a PT who is EXPEDITIOUS to patients needs
