The facilities have become hot and dirty, and the price is way too high for such bad quality. It's sad to see that a lot of the long-term members who had been going here for years have finally given up and moved to other gyms. I wouldn't recommend it in its current state.

This goes for both members and staff. Staff shouldn't wait until midnight to step in; too often they're seen on their phones instead of on the floor. A visible presence while lifting could actually encourage members to do better. Management, this needs attention!

After I was given a tour and asked repeatedly "so what do you think, you want to work out here, right?" we sat down at the young man's desk and he proceeds to take out his green pen. that's an old car sales trick, green is meant to pacify you and get you to spend money. he proceeded to tell me about every package ever sold at mf. at the end of his schtick the paper looked like a plate of green eggs and ham, it was bleeding green. i told him it was all too confusing, so many packages jumbled all on one piece of paper. i stood up to leave and mr sales guy gets upset, his cohorts get upset and are all talking to me from their desk. all of them saying things like "you will be back" "you won't find a better gym" "we are the best", i realized later they say this to convince themselves. poor bastards. i can see that this is the beginning of the end for mf.

Called me October 15, 7days later to tell me they verified my insurance & I was out-of-network but they submitted a request for evalualtion & visits. Asked how long would that take & was told 7 to 10 days!. I had to wait over a month for the doctors appointment & NOW over 2 weeks just to get "possible" APPROVAL/AUTHORIZATION. I'll find a PT who is EXPEDITIOUS to patients needs
