Sarah is an exceptional teacher - laser-focused and hyper-aware of everything going on. She knows if you're breathing, your scapula is up or your pelvic floor isn't engaged. She is ON IT. Sometimes the classes feel almost too subtle but then the next day I'm aware of muscles I didn't know I had. I absolutely love this place. Great vibes. Fantastic instructors. Fair pricing. This newly opened location is beautiful and spacious. Since then I have learned how to engage my muscles and move my body properly. Due to this, I no longer suffer from regularly "throwing my back out" or having achy knees. Front desk staff are welcoming and kind and the teachers are amazing! They instruct us on proper alignment and the safe movement of muscle groups for maximum strength and flexibility. I've gotten stronger and developed longer, lean muscles which is a huge bonus along with dropping weight. Some people think it's expensive but there are multiple packages to choose from and the prices are in line with any other small group work out session. I also believe that paying for exercise classes is an investment in my health. I figure I can either pay Club Pilates for fun, instructional fitness classes that teach me how to move properly which will serve me the rest of my life, or pay co-pays, doctor fees and surgery bills.
