Jeannette is AWESOME!!!…read more I put on a lot of weight a couple of years ago. To get back in shape, I was training BJJ. Problem was that my weight kept fluctuating and I my strength was low (which got in the way of training). Jeannette helped me with nutrition and Strength training. I'm losing the weight, better educated about my nutrition, and am stronger and more flexible than ever. Plus, working with her is a lot of FUN!! Would definitely recommend whether you're trying to lose weight, grow mass, build strength, or improve overall health and feel great.

5 Amazing place to train!…read moreVery friendly and approachable I owned my own CrossFit gym, worked for CrossFit, and have been to hundreds of gyms, so understand that when I say this is one of the best, I mean it! COACHING - The coaches actual coach and are prepared for each session - There's a wide spectrum of skill and experience levels in each class and the coaches always make sure everyone has a safe and great workout FACILITY - Very clean and organized - Equipment is all like new and there's everything you could possibly want plus more - The owners basically built a gym they'd want to work out in everyday, and it shows

Spicy Body Odor that filled the room, (I'm talking burn your nose hairs level).... If they implemented a hygiene/ deodorant policy, I would return. Unfortunately, I just couldn't deal with it. I know it's a gym but smelling someone from across the room in almost every class I attended is not enjoyable and just ruined the experience.

As an ex athlete with 3 knee surgeries and genuinely being out of "the game" for years, I've been extremely hesitant and TERRIFIED to get back into a gym. The fear of hurting myself or failing was a lingering pest I could not shake until I met Erin! First off, Erin was the only trainer I spoke with over the phone that went over my goals, my weaknesses and concerns and made me confident enough to actually step into the gym!!! From day one I knew this was my gym! Clean, never crowded, and everyone was so friendly! All the Trainers and other clients alike made me feel welcome and honestly excited to be there. As for Erin, she's proven to be extremely knowledgeable and has gone above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable. Erin gave me the tools I needed to not only kick start my weight loss, but she has helped me become familiar with and strengthen the necessary muscles around my sports injuries so that I can continue with all of my goals in and out of the Gym. I can't say that I would have succeeded or stuck with my goals if I didn't have Erin cheering me on the whole time. I'm extremely grateful for her and excited to see what else she helps me tackle and accomplish this year!

Very disappointed…read more Continued to charge me during the pandemic. Even though I cancelled in writing beforehand. David pretended to be "processing" my refund through a "refund department" on April 13. On April 30 he says "we are still working on it". That refund never came.Stealing from your clients during a pandemic is not a good luck. I let that one slide. But then it happened again in July. And again now a year later, They continue to randomly charge me even though I have no business relationship with them. I am tired of having to call the bank to have them reverse charges. Did I mention that they have done the same to my gf? I will bet there are many former customers who are similarly situated. Once they have your card number (which I never authorized for them to keep) they will keep charging you , even a year later!

Firstly, one of the owners (the husband - it's a husband/wife ownership) was super nice, but him throwing his politics in my face wasn't appreciated. It was mere days after the election and he had a huge American flag hanging in the lobby, then he was wearing a shirt with a gun on it and an American flag, and a hat that said "unvaxxed and overtaxed." Listen, I get it, we're in Texas, but this is a yoga studio. Can we just put the brakes on being obnoxious about you being a Trump supporter? He then proceeded to talk about his views and how his whole family was surprised that he "married a Chinese woman" because nobody else in his family would ever mix with a Chinese person. So, I'll just leave that there. On the actual operational side, I went in to see how my daughter was doing. She was the only kid there who had never done aerial yoga before, so some attention to help her would've been nice. Not only did the instructor not give her extra help when she was clearly struggling, but she ignored her to focus on the other girls who already knew how to do everything. My daughter left crying. So, we won't be returning.

The Hot Vinyasa class with KC at Blue Bandha is AMAZING!…read more KC has a soothing energy and her voice melted away my stress and helped me feel at ease and grounded. She does a wonderful job combining mindfulness into the class and had a great sequence of poses that flowed beautifully and gave me a great stretch. The studio is cozy and comfortable. The soft lighting is peaceful and helps you transition into a relaxed state. I have taken yoga classes before but usually stick to a slower paced restorative class. KC paid attention to my skill level and made sure I felt comfortable. She assisted me and offered an alternate pose when I needed it. The shavasana at the end was deeply relaxing and I really liked her hands-on assists. Her calm, supportive adjustments helped me find a deeper relaxation in the final pose. Her class left me feeling peaceful and centered but also like I had worked my muscles well and given my body a good stretch. I cannot wait to go back and take another class! Thank you so much KC!!!
