Never seen anywhere close to half occupied. Anytime I've used the bathrooms they have always been very clean. The staff seem to really take care of the place and are on top of it. I usually go around 2-3pm or so, and Saturday nights if I'm not doing anything. Maybe 10-15 people. The gym is large enough to avoid crowding. Love Planet Fitness!

I have a very hard time finding the 5, 10, and 25 weights and the dumbbell area is always a mess. It is really busy from 5-8pm but before or after that is pretty light in volume of people. gym members are 50.50 when putting weights away but are relatively just doing their own thing. There is only one water fountain by the locker room/ bathroom and this location does have a cinema room which is nice considering it's not a full gym with pool, basketball, and such.

Beware of enrolling and bringing your kids to the Kids Academy here. The Kids Academy manager Kim…read moreisn't friendly at all. She gossips with certain staff members and club members (like Brittany S. & Katrina N.) about other staff members and club members. And her minion employee Lexie doesn't even greet guests when you enter the Kids Academy. Kenzie, another Kids Academy employee, bullies select coworkers, their kids, and members' children. She and Lexie are only kind to select guests and their children, but rude to others. Some Kids Academy employees have even quit due to bullying and mistreatment from Kim, Lexie, & Kenzie. I'll spare their names for privacy, but a couple of Lifetime South Jordan Kids Academy's SWEETEST girls working there ended up leaving due to their mental health suffering. Also, a handful of the Kids Academy staff yell at and discipline certain children over normal kid behavior. They all seem burnt out. The extremely low pay probably doesn't help. Personal trainer Rob also tells children who are aged 12+ they can't be upstairs on the gym floor without even age checking them (kids age 12+ CAN be upstairs) or contacting their parents. He's only friendly to certain staff and club members. The new GM Matt is super nice and seemingly professional. He's made a lot of positive changes since he's established his role, but he has a lot of work to do with the current Kids Academy management and staff. He's at least approachable though, unlike the former GM Bridgette who was fired for a string of wrongdoings, including illegally performing Botox on the former spa manager (they did it to each other) while at work. Some of the lifeguards and swim instructors could use professionalism training or retraining. A lot of them seem bored, unfriendly, and entitled, but they're more preferable over the Kids Academy manager Kim and her staff, particularly Lexie & Kenzie. Those three have done some illegal and just outright horrible things too.

I was also contacted by the owner after a late-night workout and sent screenshots from the gym's security cameras of me training around 2 AM. I was told I was using equipment improperly, despite using my own attachments and not damaging or altering any equipment. This level of monitoring and the way it was handled felt excessive and added to the overall lack of professionalism and poor communication.

It's very clean and everything is well organized. Gym members are courteous to one another and replace equipment after using it. And it's open 24 hours a day. Really wanted to like this place, but unfortunately it left me underwhelmed. I dislike writing…read morenegative reviews and in fact never have, but it's important you know what you can be getting. It's already pricey at over $100 a week for an 8 week program that only gets you one nutrition session and one workout a week for a total of one hour. The first "nutritionist" I saw was a joke and recommended all the foods I had been telling him don't work for me to lose weight and clearly didn't have a true nutrition background and I lost no weight. A few weeks in they changed who I was seeing and I was never changed back. Turned out the first guy left and I was never notified. I like the second person who they placed me with a lot better, but as I was switched halfway through the program my new nutritionist/trainer never had any openings before 8 pm or that were convenient with my schedule. So I was paying $100 a week and not always being able to get in for appointments. For two of the appointments the wrong time was also communicated to me and I showed up and they weren't available. Ok one time, might have been my error, but twice definitely not as I've never had this problem with any other appointments. They then would say they'd reach out to reschedule and it would be days later before I heard something. I did call and talk to the owner and they credited me a few sessions from all of the back and forth and inconvenience, but one of those again had a time mixup. I finally just gave up trying to reschedule and cut my losses. Learn from my mistake and save your money and go somewhere else.

I was in town for a couple of weeks for the holidays and didn't want to loose the progress I'd made at the gym back home, so I called Treehouse based on a recommendation. They were happy to give me a short term pass while I was in town! They even let me come one day for free to make sure I liked it first! Liberty in the membership office was so friendly. I loved her the moment I heard her voice on the phone. Julie is an excellent teacher who kicks your butt with love. She's very encouraging and good at adapting workouts if you aren't as advanced. I took 3 different classes with her. I think "MetCon" circuit training was my favorite. Mary Lynn is not only an amazing instructor who motivates and pushes you, but you get a motivational-therapy-pep-talk at the end which, personally, brought me to tears in both classes I took from her. "Not your Mamas Pilates" introduced me to muscles I didn't know I had. "50/50" was a nice balance of weights and cardio. Loved the kick boxing moves! Amber's up beat "High Fitness" class felt like a cross between cheerleading and musical theater dance. She called it "old school aerobics". The choreography is repetitive enough that you can pick it up pretty easily, and if not, it's no big deal. It's fun and I felt it. Even my arms felt it! For those who don't like working out, this might be a fun way to start. Lisa taught dance club. I personally didn't like how loud the music was and how fast the moves were. I couldn't pick them up and therefore didn't feel "the burn" as much. BUT it's super popular and lots of ppl love that class because it feels like you're in a dance club. Go with some girlfriends and just have fun! I'm really bummed I have to go home now. There are still a handful of classes I haven't tried yet and I wish I could!!!

I never felt like I was a person to them, just a number. When you step into The Elite Training Facility, you instantly feel welcomed. The one on one training and small class sizes give time for the trainers to actually get to know you and you don't feel pushed out the door for the next group. Their app is fantastic as well! As long as you're willing to put in the effort, they'll get you to where you want to be. Try this place, you definitely won't regret it!!!
