CrossFit is all about community and the community here is absolutely incredible…read more I dropped in to 9am on a Monday. My Lyft driver dropped me off at the front entrance. The entrance is towards the back of the building and I was a little confused but then saw people walking that direction, so it all made sense. I was greeted right away by members. First up were heavy back squats and I was immediately approached by a member asking if I wanted to share a rack with her. That made me feel so at ease since there aren't a lot of racks. She was so friendly! The coaching was on point and the energy levels were high. When I was walking out, I had two different members ask me if I needed a ride anywhere. How awesome is that?! Anyway, this place has a super friendly vibe and an amazing community. I'm so happy to have dropped in here and will definitely be back the next time I'm in town. I love seeing crossfit communities thrive like this post pandemic. It's so heartwarming.

The class was also super warm and inviting and the coach led us through a great warmup. The class I attended was very barbell heavy and seemed to have a strong focus on strength which was fantastic for me. The facility itself was very clean, setup for efficiency, and had several restrooms and an area to stash your gear. There seems to be a strong sense of community here and would highly recommend coming here if you're just visiting or looking for a way to take fitness to the next level!

Cantina Crossfit - Although no veteran of CrossFit, I've done it several times in San Diego. Cantina is GREAT! Friendly and welcoming staff willing to help.

Have you experienced that adrenaline…read morerush from crushing a presentation, scoring that winning goal, or conquering that new feat just outside your comfort zone? If so, you have felt that fear... that mental flight-or-flight battle... that excitement... and that empowering joy of success that I have experienced walking into Cantina Crossfit! I entered 2018 determined to not let life pass me by. Driving home one afternoon, I noticed a crossfit box had moved in a block from my home. I caught myself thinking, "someday, I will try crossfit." Well, that was it! I pulled a u-turn (safely of course, haha) and walked into the box! While I have only been a member at Cantina for 3 months, it has forever shaped my life. Cantina is more than just an athletic facility, place to move some weight around or break a sweat... It is that coach, that friend, that family you never knew you always wanted. Prior to trying crossfit, I had been lifting for about 2 years. I thought I was in shape. I thought I was strong. WRONG!! I do enjoy a good run and static lifting, but crossfit is a whole new level of animal! In just three months, my agility, speed and strength have sored! The Cantina coaches are uber attentive to each individual. They will assess and promote your fitness progression at a pace right for you. Also, the owners, coaches and members at Cantina have fostered a welcoming, supportive and empowering community. Whether you are a beast at the bar or a novice gym goer who has never made it past the cardio isle, Cantina will provide you with the expertise, tools and mental toughness you need to crush your health and fitness goals! You are the only thing preventing you from being the best you that you can be. Walk across that threshold - the Cantina team will guide you through the rest!

If you live in Albuquerque and you're looking for an exceptional place to achieve your fitness…read moregoals at any age or size, look no further! The leadership at this F45 is phenomenal, the community is welcoming, and the workouts are challenging and fun. It's hard work, but there's so much going on that the time absolutely flies by. We traveled to Albuquerque for Labor Day weekend to visit my In-laws. We usually stay at an Airbnb when we visit, but decided to stay at Springhill Suites this time. After a long day of travel with small children and a connecting flight mishap, we sat down for dinner at Cocina Azul next to the hotel. I glanced out the window, and I was shocked when I saw a sign for F45 among the list of businesses in the complex. In a beautiful coincidence, I had signed up for a membership at my local F45 in the Bay Area the day before we left for our trip, after I had been searching for the "right fit" in a gym for a while. The morning after I saw the F45 sign, I called F45 Albuquerque and spoke to Kendall, who I believe is the owner. I explained my situation and asked if I could pay as a drop in, and she generously offered to host me!! I took two classes: one with Stephanie and the other with Stephanie and Bodhi. Stephanie was so welcoming. She went out of her way to look out for me and patiently help me with both form and logistics (moving to the correct stations). Bodhi helped me with a really challenging station, and taught me something game changing in just a few seconds! I am so grateful for this precious and unexpected gift. Thank you so much, Kendall. Run, don't walk, to this fantastic F45! And if you can't run easily right now, it's okay -- you're going to level up in your strength and endurance quickly at this wonderful gem of a gym!

I purchased an introductory, 2 month membership with unlimited classes because I was intrigued by the idea of taking on Jazzercise in the hope that it was as fun as it was back in the 80's. It was! The ladies at my first class were extremely helpful and understanding when I couldn't get the moves on the first try. They gave me plenty of room to create my own comfort zone. Jenny was a great instructor and I love the mix of dance, aerobics, cardio and weights! I burned tons of calories and I walked away feeling accomplished and regenerated. I am looking forward to the next 2 months and possibly beyond! I am especially looking forward to learning the moves and not tripping over myself!
