The gym is super clean and has lots of variety of equipment for every fitness level. I did not go to any of the classes, so I cannot speak on those, but the one thing I would have liked to seen in the women's locker room would have been a couple wall-mounted hairdryers, and some shelving in the showers so that you don't have to put your soap bottles on the floor. Otherwise, everything has been great and the only reason why I am canceling my membership is because my husband is a travel nurse and we are moving out of state again. They scale workouts for each individual based on their current level of fitness and their ultimate goals. The coaches ensure that members have proper form for the exercises they are doing and are very encouraging for everyone to do as much as they can - as long as they just keep on moving. The owners are physicians and are very involved in all aspects of the training, ensuring that a safe and consistent program is followed. All of the members are friendly and welcoming. From the moment you walk in the door they were extremely welcoming. They made sure to ask about experience and fitness level and the instructor actually remembered this information and checked in on me throughout the class. They provided towels, mats etc. The atmosphere was fun and not pretentious at all. Jodi the instructor really knew what she was doing. A nice balance of strength and balance movements. Class had all experience levels from 1st timers to serious yoga ladies. By the end of class I was drenched (it is hot yoga after all)

They are well priced, and they offer a huge variety of classes... I have been going to yoga almost every day and I have found the instructors to be experienced and highly competent. I mostly run in the ABQ Bosque during the spring and fall, so I haven't really needed to use their treadmills much but I expect that will change in the winter. On the few occasions when I have needed to use them because it was cold, or I haven't had time to get down to the river, there have been plenty of machines and no wait times. This is obviously an operation that does well at scale. One of the best gyms I have used in my life.

I joined this gym because they have classes early in the morning and that go until 7PM which is great for people who work a normal 8-5 and can hit the gym either before or after work. The class instructors are amazing at explaining how the class runs and helps you out with what equipment you'll need prior to the class starting. Highly recommend going here!
