I've been there many times in the past two years while at camp and have never been disappointed. To start, almost everything is made from scratch. The pizza is one of the best you can get in the area. The subs are huge, and so good. I love the steak subs cause they aren't steak-ums, but good chopped steak. The prices are great considering the quality and quantity that you receive. They also make a bunch of Polish and Italian dishes that look excellent. Breakfast is served on the weekends. Most importantly, the owner and her staff are amazing. They are polite, friendly and they actually listen when u ask for something to be modified to your liking. Last night we ordered 4 items to take-out. 3 items were incorrect. First of all, we ordered hot…read morewings and got mild. Second, a Ropp, and we got a pizza sub instead. Third, a grilled chicken salad WITH fries and extra ranch. We got a salad with maybe 4 small pieces of chicken on, no fries, no extra ranch. It was basically a salad with onions and tomatoes and not much else but HAIR. Now, we live about 7 miles away, and it was snowing like crazy or we'd have returned. But then again, it would have been too late to get replacements, as they close at 8. I immediately tried to call and no answer. Got on Facebook messenger and notified them. Got a message back saying they'd replace incorrect items. I told them "no" (because of the time and travel) and that I just wanted to let them know. I'm the unlucky person who ordered the chicken salad. I dump the ranch on, take ONE bite and get a hair. I stop eating, take my fork and stir around, to find approx. 4 hairs in the salad. I quit counting then. I notify them about the hairs, send pix and am told "THE HAIRS DID NOT COME FROM PASQUALE'S." Wait, WHAT? THEN I am told to "not contact them again." Umm....Why? Because I sent you photos? I already said we didn't want replacements BEFORE I found the HAIRS! Piss poor customer service. We've been regular customers for several years. I will NEVER order from this place again, and I will be happy to share all the photos I took of the nasty salad, and their response! I don't know if the place has changed ownership or it was and uneducated employee who responded. Just piss poor customer service. I'm in disbelief, as (I will say it again) we didn't even want replacements. Just notified them of what was wrong.
