My husband and I had a wonderful European vacation planned for June 2020. Because of the coronovirus we can not go. We live in the U.S. and there are no flights going there. We had reservations at 6 different hotels and were able to get full refunds everywhere but at the Hotel Rotterdam. They would not work with us at all. Even though they knew the circumstances they refused to refund any of our money. We had planned to stay 4 days so this was a financial loss for us during a time when the world is suffering in so many ways. We are very disappointed with their customer service and will not stay there in the future. read more
