An absolute nightmare and dangerous experience for my Diabetic son. Upon arriving, I made it abundantly clear the my son's insulin had to be in a refrigerator and kept cool so a room with a refrigerator would be most important. Upon entering the room I noticed the small refrigerator was NOT functioning. I called room service and a clerk said she would turn it on. An hour later it was still not functioning and my son's medicine was beginning to become room temperature. I called the front office and they sent a repairman to fix the refrigerator. He said it should be cool in an hour. 2 hours later it was still not on. I called the front desk and we had to completely move to another room at the complete opposite end of the hotel to another room with a functioning refrigerator. At 3:00 in the morning I woke up from the heat in the room because the AC was not functioning and went to check the refrigerator and sure enough it was not working. I called the front desk and told them that neither the referee the AC was functioning and my son's medicine may have spoiled. He asked me to come down to have it stored in the hotel refrigerator at 3:00 am. I told him to come up and store it instead. He came up and could not fix the refrigerator nor turn down the temperature in the room, but instead offered to change room AGAIN, but at 3:00 in the morning. As I write this review both my son and I are sweating and unsure if his medicine will be safe to use in the morning. I am not sure what more needs to be said about this hotel that isn't already obvious from what has already been written above to explain what a nightmare this has been. read more
