He's being monitored currently and the (trauma he endured) resulting from what should have been a simple grooming visit. The veterinarian is appalled at the condition of his paw, and on top of that "Barks N Bubbles LLC" had the nerve to charge an extra fee for him bleeding profusely, due to their negligence, and they are the ones that cut off the area that caused our beloved pet to bleed, requiring medical intervention, and is still suffering!!! We are praying that he makes it through! he is a shell of his self right now. Can barely walk. I'm heartbroken and I am exhausted from worry from what they did to our beautiful pet. He didn't ask for this! He's a poor defenseless 5 pound little dog, If the manager/Groomers are exhausted or overwhelmed or overbooked then they should have RESCHEDULED OR NOT Performed services at all! I am so upset than what we're going through now, and the fact that they had the nerve to charge additional fees, no top of full service fee like this is a common occurrence. NO APOLOGY, NO EMPATHY, My perception of their actions, and what they did to his leg shocking, heartbreaking, and we are horrified at the openly hostile way that it was handled at pickup bleeding, and with contempt that they had to clean up blood (charging us a fee) that they had caused through their own groomers negligence. I pray that no one else has to endure this!!!

I had previously brought in her aging father to see Dr Rogers for a quality of life visit and was most pleased with his visit, however Bonita's visit was another story. He spent maybe 90 seconds in the room, was very cold and borderline rude, looked at her and found fleas on her back side and said well if you don't clear up this flea infestation, you will never clear up her hot spot. Then the vet tech came in gave her an antibiotic shot and a prescription for Apoquel (in the chemo therapy family of meds). They said "well, our doctor is at lunch so you'll have to sit and wait" I said that it was an emergency and asked what would happen if my dog just fell over and died while waiting on the doctor to finish his lunch. "Well I guess I can see what the other doctor is doing and maybe they can help you". When I arrived I was met with 2 arrogant receptionists talking on the phone. I politely waited for 10 minutes and then went up and told them my dog needed to be seen and that he wasn't breathing good. I signed everything I needed to sign just to be told to sit down and wait (I'm assuming on the very important doctor to finish their little lunch). I waited so long I eventually left to go to the Bowden animal hospital. He was given a steroid shot along with medication. As I was walking out CARROLL COUNTY ANIMAL HOSPITAL CALLS ME saying "where are you. We're ready to treat your dog now". That place shouldn't be labeled a "hospital" let alone a vet if they are willing to let your animal die in the waiting room just because they're incompetent and lazy! Take your animals to the Bowden animal hospital, price creek in Bremen or the other hospital in Carrollton! This place needs to be shut down and the people here need to lose any kind of certification or licenses they have!

His groomer does a fantastic job with grooming him and SPOILS him rotten. My sweet baby gets anxious when going to get groomed and she recommended a medicine that helps to keep him calm where he can be groomed safely. Overall, I am pleased with the care that he has received since his first groom in June and we will continue to come and get groomed here.
