Great variety of breakfast options on meat, cheese, bread/pastries, fruit and cereal, juice and coffees Prompt service and relaxed atmosphere. Worth booking the room with breakfast included. Breakfast served from 7am-10am, gets busy after 8:30am. Hotel was on the pricier side but location was a few minutes walk to Duomo and Galleria, worth the convenience. Out junior room had a good size bathroom with towel warmer, coffee/tea station, mini fridge and safe. DO USE the safe as 1 day I forgot my wallet in my spare purse by the foot bed and €€ disappeared. The 1 day I didn't have it locked up/put away, sure enough some money went missing. The room included 2 bottles of water which was nice (but for 3 people, I think there shoul have been 3). You also get tea, 1 nespresso pod per person per day but creamer provided was only for 1 person (those 2 small containers) and a couple times it was not replenished. The room was kept tidy, the hotel staff were accomodating. We didnt get to check out thr relaxation area, restaurant & rooftop in our short stay. Would go back & just need to remember to keep valuables locked up.

Stayed here for one night in Milan and it was a pleasant stay with only a couple of minor issues. We booked online in advance and had no issues at check-in. They do have luggage storage. Check in is at 2pm, and though we had to wait to check in, they offered us some acqua panna for our time. There is a restroom in the lobby. We had a room for four people, and there were two pull out couches which they kindly set up for us beforehand. It was hard to figure out how to turn on certain lights as well as figure out how to fill the bathtub (yes it seems simple but for some reason, nothing we tried work and we had to use the nozzle to shower off in a tub). They did provide nice toiletry sets in addition to slippers and robes. There is a safe. The room was very spacious and there were two TVs (one in the living room and one in the master bedroom). The location is very convenient - it's a one minute walk from the metro and an 8 minute walk to the Duomo. The rooftop bar at the top is nice and has pretty views.

Excellent food and service with an outstanding view of Milan. We got to the hotel too early to check into our room. We went upstairs to the Roof restaurant while we waited. Nice crusty bread to start. My wife had a pasta with pesto sauce and roasted eggplant. I had buffalo mozzarella with multicolored tomato's. Both dishes were excellent. Hotel prices but we really enjoyed the food and the view.

Came here to enjoy the rooftop views and have a meal. I was extremely impressed by the food. I ordered a steak filet which came with pumpkin puree. It was a great portion, absolutely delicious and very affordable. The rooftop view was everything. I will definitely be back the next time I'm in Milan.

Absolutely amazing hotel. Its 5 min walk from Duomo Di Milano and it's very convenient to have one of the best rooftop bar upstairs. We booked room in newer part of the building. We got high floor as we requested and It was absolutely stunning view from our window. Beds are so comfortable. Facility is very clean & walking closet it's so spacious. Fridge "mini bar" is small so don't think you can store too much of your things. Bathroom is gorgeous and spacious, huge waterfall shower and huge sink. Hotels breakfast is delicious and abundance of fresh baked pastries, cheese & meets, cereal, fruits & veggies, yogurts and juices. They also offer champagne for breakfast. Complete relax & worth every penny. Also they have the roof Milano bar & restaurant upstairs! We stayed at the hotel so it was very convenient to come to the rooftop bar for dinner & drinks! My husband took sea bass Mediterranean style and I took chefs lobster dish. I was a bit upset it was cold but I guess thats how they serve it in Milan. Salad type of lobster & celery & carrot. Next day I took wasm lobster pasta and my husband decided to try cotoletta Milanese. Both evenings we took Franciacorta and they also have very tasty olive oil. It's very good open rooftop & bar vibe, but they also have indoor space as well.

So I'm really mixed on this hotel. The air conditioner didn't really cool off the room, the rooftop bar was closed for maintenance, the room itself was super small (which was fine for our one night but otherwise I'd opt elsewhere). Oh and the fun part was when you showered, the showerhead would disconnect and so water would fly all over the bathroom. This happened not once but twice. I feel like if your bar is pretty low, then this hotel is a nice fit. But I personally feel for the price it doesn't match.

Nice espresso machines in the rooms along with stocked fridge.

Room size was decent fit two large suitcases easily. For the location to the Duomo and shopping on the Gallerie Emmanuelle, you can't beat it. Arriving there on a Saturday, it was oddly dead outside! No one walking around- maybe 5-10 ppl on the streets. Parking is not in the building and no one to park it. It's back in a quiet shady underground valet garage. 25Euro per night to park. Woman greeted us nicely and spoke English well. Bathroom is nice with a bidet and triple spray shower! Rainfall and side sprays. Balcony was very nice with views. Bed comfy, more than just one pillow pp which is nice. AC worked well. I'd stay here again or maybe next time in Navigli area.

This is a nice hotel and it closes to everything. Hotel staff, from receptionists to restaurant and bar servers, and even the room cleaning ladies, are nice and helpful. They are all fluent in English. The room I am staying is not big but at least a king-bed room with a clean and standard-sized bathroom. It is so cool that there is an Nespresso machine in the room. Free hotel buffet breakfast and free wifi are available for all room guests. The hotel has a great-view rooftop terrace opens till midnight for drinks and snacks. The lobby lounge is funky and comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel, and will come back if I visit Milan again!

The best location imaginable in Milan. Short walking distance to almost everything. Via Torino just a few blocks away. Our room was spacious, good bed, nice bathroom, an old looking hairdryer (which I didn't use, because I had brought my own), TV was also old and pretty small - but who goes to Milan to watch TV anyway? The only thing that bothered us was the AC not working too well. However, we didn't ask the staff for instructions, so it might as well have been our lack of competence... The breakfast was good, not fantastic. A little bit of everything. Good coffee!! Another thing worth mentioning is their roof top terrace. Nice place to hang out. The staff were also very helpful and available 24/7. Bonus: Complementary bottle of Prosecco in our room by arrival.

Truly the best place to stay. Rather than produce a long winded review, just know that the quality of the hotel and location is fantastic.

I'm not saying it can't happen, but I may need a minute to pull that one off! The decor is sleek and modern. The customer service is impeccable and the cocktails were carefully crafted. A young sophisticated crowd comes in around 9:30pm and they stay open till about 2am. After a stressful day in language class we needed this place. We could have gotten a better deal during happy hour, if we had come for apperitivo, where you get food with your drink purchase. But they do provide bar snacks olives and fruit. Each seating area is designed for privacy, but gives you an open space view to people watch. Downstairs you can buy some of the latest Armani apparel or peruse the bookstore. It's just a really nice place to visit!

While the hostess/initial server was a very abrupt, very haughty (with more than a tad of condescension) unpleasant, British woman, (so unpleasant that we were going to leave) the rest of the staff was better, some staff members even rising to the level of gracious. GianPaulo, for example, was attentive, accommodating and very pleasant, so we stayed. We opted to share the shrimp appetizer, which was quite tasty. We then opted for the salmon poke and seared tuna salad (their version of the nicoise). The salmon poke was not bad. The seared tuna salad excelled in both plating and flavor. The tuna was fresh and lightly seared, and the vegetables were also fresh and prepared perfectly al dente. As the restaurant was quite empty, after the initial unpleasantness, we enjoyed a peaceful, relaxing lunch. While we wouldn't "rush back" to Bamboo Bar, it's well located, has a pleasant ambiance, and the seared tuna salad was quite good.

While killing time between walking the beautiful streets of Milan, I wanted to treat myself to a small snack and a drink (or two). I was impressed by the modern design, with crisp angles around every corner and natural, clean colors. From the moment I entered I felt a sense of calm, and the server greeted me and showed me to a comfortable seat along the bar. The list of cocktails was very diverse, and the drinks menu reflected the upscale atmosphere. I decided to start with a cocktail called Beer Americano, a mix of bitter Campari, red Vermouth, and white beer, topped with the zest of a fresh orange. This was a uniquely refreshing cocktail, as the citrus notes really picked up on the herbal flavors of the Campari. I chose to indulge in Trussardi Calvisius caviar, an excellent choice to match the flavors of my cocktail. This is seriously the best caviar I have ever eaten, fresh, a notch salty, but delicate and delicious. After my Beer Americano, I knew I had to try at least one more cocktail on the list, and ordered the Apple Tru, crafted with Calvados, cinnamon, apple, ginger and BBB bitters. Perfect for fall. I'll definitely be returning to try more cocktails!

Thankfully, the menu had a variety of options with various prices, although most of it was above what we wanted to pay for lunch. I was still able to get a 15 euro plate of well-made pasta. Since it was early in our trip, I did not mind eating pasta. My friend ordered a pumpkin soup with bacon and scallops which she really enjoyed. The person serving us was polite and helpful. She let my friend try several different wines before she decided on what to drink. Our overall experience went from being skeptical as we walked in to this place to being satisfied as we walked out.
