Really the worst customer service I've ever encountered at a hotel In my life. I arrived at 2:45…read morepm and there was nobody at the reception. The only voices I heard were from the hotel bar. So I walked in and saw about six guests talking and laughing amongst themselves at a table. Nobody greeted me or said anything. Not seeing any staff, I went back to reception and waited some more. Still nobody. So I returned to the bar and it turns out the bar patrons were actually the staff "inventorying" the liquor. I asked if anyone could assist at reception and was flat out told no. Too busy with the liquor inventory I guess. Come back at 3 I was told. When I asked to speak to the manager, it was one of the presumptive bar patrons, which doesn't matter because she spoke no English. I'm still just stunned at this kind of service in the hospitality industry.
