As I told the Uber smug and rude desk clerk, "Do you mean to tell me that Hilton Hotels in Italy are having their clients sweating up a storm? I don't think so
No, it is obvious that this is about saving money at the customer's expense and comfort, I'm sure their corporate stooges were ecstatic with the new thermostat measure... any excuse to pinch a few Euros, eh. But to be fair, I can see by previous reviews that the AC never worked that well anyway.
Of course, one place the AC does work in this dump of a sweat box is the front desk office, I popped my head in their, and I would say that it is a comfortable 65 degrees... I guess it is good to be the king... avoid this hellhole like the plague.
