Pros:
Great...
* Location: 15 minute walk to Alhambra and around 10 minute walk to Granda's other major landmarks and attractions
* Shower pressure
* Spaciousness: Big room, bathroom, closet
* Prices: Affordable at ~$41/night
Cons:
* My 2 stars go towards our being misled by reception during check-in that the breakfast buffet was included in our stay. While we were being shown to our room, the lady with short hair sweetly informed us, "This is the common area where you can get breakfast during these hours..." with absolutely NO mention of price whatsoever. On that note, we partook in the breakfast and were disappointed when we were presented the bill during checkout, discovering that breakfast was €6/person/meal. When we explained our situation, the guy at the desk was stern, not empathetic and just kept saying "No" and pointed to our bill. Although the spread was not bad (simple croissants, breads, yoghurt, fruit, cake, prosciutto, hams, cheese, and coffee/cappuccino machine), it was NOT worth €6 and we would have gone outside for our food.
* The decor is outdated and walls are slightly disintegrating, could use a major makeover/upgrade
* Walls are thin: could hear next door's conversation like it was happening in our room
* Our room was really dark even with all 3 small desk lamps on. Needs a much brighter/stronger floor lamp.
* We got a full bed, which was small especially given our large room
