It's a family affair, and each member is as delightful as the next. They are helpful and always ready to answer questions. Great breakfast, afternoon tea/coffee/cookies and a cozy little balcony on which to enjoy it all. If you love art, you'll enjoy looking at their collection and murals on the walls. Comfortable, quiet rooms and everything was very clean. We would definitely stay again if we find ourselves in Berlin in the future.

A fabulous location near Kurfuerstendam, rooms with great mural paintings, brand new, modern and comfortable furniture, terrific atmosphere and a fabulous service. And, very important, it is not noisy at all. Probably the best breakfast (included in room rate!) one can in this price segment in Berlin. I will be a regular!!!

On the weekend, right in front there's a flea market you can walk to also. Paid online but there was still a city fee of about 5 Euro. They close their desk at midnight but outside there's a kiosk you can check in on, which I've never seen and thought that was pretty cool.

I love it and will always stay there when I come to Berlin. Very modern apartments and prices are also very moderate.

The rooms are plain, consisting of three single beds -- two pushed together -- and a small TV, but clean and decent sized. Service was very friendly, despite the language barrier, and they took very good care of us. I'd like to go back to Berlin sometime soon, and I'd definitely consider staying here. A couple blocks away from the Viktoria-Luise-Platz station.
