Friendly service both times I've visited. It's clean and dine in tables are marked for social distancing. Wanted pizza for dinner and decided to try Hotbox. Split the pizza with my daughter so got half sausage and half veggie for me. Ordering was simple enough and delivery was not too long. The delivery driver was courteous and had his mask on which I appreciated. The pizza itself was ok. The crust was rather bland and could have been a bit more toasted for me. I'm a firm believer in second chances. I hit up the HotBox again for a thin crust B Ripp and a straight up cheese for the kiddos. Both of them were tasty. The B-Ripp didn't disappoint with ricotta, bacon and onion. The plain cheese was good but could have used a little more of that Italian seasoning and the regular crust was pretty doughy. I went in today to get my normal lunch box. Brandon and his boss were obviously overwhelmed and understaffed, but pushed through it in a professional and friendly manner. Brandon has ALWAYS been my favorite part about this location. He is always friendly and funny and a major part of the reason I keep coming back. I just only hope that they can get some help in here so they don't feel so obviously overwhelmed! It shows a lot about an establishment and employee on how they handle stressful situations, and he and his coworker are knocking this out of the park. I absolutely love him and HotBox! read more

Sorry to say no matter how much I want for this place to do well they don't. Today is dollar slice day. Knowing that you would think they would be ready for it. Special run from 11-4pm. I was there and ordered buy 1135. The place was chaos. Several workers in the back working. One person try up front to take orders and someone calling out when orders are ready. Problem was after she called out ready orders she left. So people are looking to get there orders and no one is there passing them out. I had to wait 20 minutes and went looking for someone to find my orders of four slices to go. Then I only got 3 :( read more

Stopped in on my way home from airport after being out of town for a few days; Was craving pizza; so I choose HOT BOX; Great decision! Front counter guy was friendly and very professional, also he suggested a few options to me and explained them very well... Ended up choosing the 10" Ballsagna and salad; And bam, it hit the spot; I ate at store; place was steadily busy with carryout and a few that dined in... The help once again was very prompt with everyone that I could hear/see. (I was seated close to counter) After finishing up had to get a take out order for later tonight; was full but knew I'd still be craving more; And another plus; the kitchen from counter looked very well maintained, dining floor and tables were clean and bathroom also... Those things make a great place even better, putting them over the top... I only post if I feel like a place really is subpar and needs to be brought to attention or if I had a very awesome experience.... This one obviously was over the top!!! Having ordered from this place near a dozen times over the months I believe I've seen enough to leave an informed review. The pizza isn't too bad but I would say that 50% of the time they forget part of your order. Even now I've waited 25 minutes for the rest of my meal and the chances are they won't even bring it. It's sad that this is the norm with this place and I'm caking to dispute the charges as they have never offered anything after forgetting half of my order. read more

I have only ordered twice from here the first order was last week and I was very satisfied overall. First up on the order was the deal and you get a one topping large pizza, I paid for extra toppings and there was barely any toppings, in fact the small pie of the week (Dixie chicken) that was half off price looked and tasted better. The delivery driver was friendly and fast too which was nice. The second order was last night, I ordered the deal once again and my sprite tasted like Alkaseltzer it was so nasty I dumped it out and thought what a waste. This time the one topping looked better than the pie of the week (spring pie) was supposed to have cilantro and salsa, definitely was no cilantro and very little salsa. Why do ya skimp on the toppings when you charge nearly $2 per extra? If I get skimped on one more time I'm going back to Papa John's they always load it down with toppings. (I like pepperoncinis and hate tootsie rolls anyway lol go ahead make my day) read more

I'll give a review based on service, not flavor. I called to order a pizza for delivery at 10:51. They close at 11. I said "hi there. I was wondering if I can place an order for delivery?" The girl who answered the phone politely said "I would normally say yes, but we close in 9 minutes so..." I said "allllllllllllright then." It's a shame she didn't answer the phone and say yes of course I'd love to take your order. I don't care if you're closing in 9 minutes. You're not closed and you should have taken the order. I was staying in the quality inn, and I even talked to the blond female delivery driver cause I noticed about her person staying here order some pizza(and it smelled delicious). But I guess I'll eat gas station Pringles now. I would have had exact change cash plus a generous tip for the driver, but too bad. As the manager of a family owned business I know how much it sucks to get a bad yelp review, especially cause yelp agents don't care about businesses, so I'm sorry, but I was hungry, your food smelled good, and I have certain expectations for great customer service. read more
