The flight landed before time and she instantly dropped me a message saying when she would be there. Liked that they kept track of my flight. The one and half hour ride from MSY to Baton Rouge downtown was absolutely amazing. She was very friendly. Absolutely loved the conversation that lasted almost the whole journey, which made one and half hour go by fast. Vehicle was clean, new and comfortable. All our luggage fit in comfortably.

I was also waiting for oxygen tank and wheel chair to be delivered to the center for noon. That also did not happen. Well Go Ride called me to say the driver for Go Ride is there. I went out to speak with the driver and she informed me that she had been there for a while and could not wait any longer. She informed me that when I receive the oxygen and wheel chair to call them back and someone would come back to pick him up. When I called Go Ride back the lady informed me that the driver does not know the rules and that they could not schedule another pickup. They could come back on Wednesday the 4th and it would cost me another $103.24. I already paid them for the Tuesday pick up. I told her I will not pay another $99.00 plus tax and that they should me a refund of that amount. She said could not do that because they showed up. The bottom line is that I was told by the driver that left and she reinsured me that another driver would pick us up because they have many vans in the area. Would not use this company.

Tiger Shuttle has been my saving grace, knowing that the owner is too a mother and likely has experienced the umbilical cord being snatched and nerves frazzled. They set up in the lobby of my hotel (on Constitution Avenue) and were easy to book in person, dropped us off where we wanted to go near the stadium, pick up was easy about a half mile from the stadium after the game -- great value. Got us to/from the stadium in what has to be record time for game days. All for $25/person (by comparison the cheapest parking pass near the game was $60 & a mile walk to the stadium). It's a little difficult to book in advance over the phone - the numbers they give you are to the individual drivers vs. a main line so that was a bit strange / uncoordinated. However, with how smoothly things went once we were booked I would highly recommend for game day!
