Needed a ride from New Orleans MSY to Baton Rouge but didn't want to worry about trying to get an uber or cab (which can be very difficult to get at the airport!). So very thankful to come across Tiger Airport shuttle here on yelp! Made a reservation Thursday for pickup on Sunday. Our company has used this service on multiple occasions round trip from MSY airport to Baton Rouge. You can make online reservations but if your date is also greyed out, they have always been so responsive over the phone to get your reservation entered. Tiger Shuttle has been reliable and attentive at tracking flights and on time pick ups, we couldn't recommend this car service enough! My youngest son found the Tiger Airport Shuttle team when we had to separately fly to New Orleans and receive roundtrip transportation from New Orleans airport to Baton Rouge General Blue Bonnet. I am 54 with health problems traveling alone. I felt like I was in the presence of family. I recently visited family in Baton Rouge, I didn't need a rental car while there but did need transportation to and from New Orleans airport. When I arrived I called for an Uber to take me to Baton Rouge and had the first two Uber drivers cancel on me when they realized my destination was over an hours drive. The third got me there but the uncertainty didn't leave me comfortable with trying to find an Uber for my return flight. That's when I found Tiger Shuttle, since I was able to pre-book my ride to the MSY airport my anxiety about possibly missing my flight was averted. The fare was no more than my Uber fare and the service was excellent. Christy, my driver was early, courteous and called several minutes before her arrival to let me know she was close. Our trip was uneventful, pleasant and we had a nice conversation. I inadvertently left my sunglasses in the vehicle and while on my flight home received a text from Christy advising me, before I'd even missed them. She offered to mail them the following day. Excellent customer service! We had 2 different drivers on 2 separate days and were so accommodating to our schedule. Jerry was so helpful in taking us to our hotel in Baton Rouge and waiting for us to check in to take us to a scheduled medical office visit. He was great!! And then on our way back to Baton Rouge to airport we had lots of time to wait so driver suggested we check our bags in to hotel across street so we can go to French Quarter. We in fact did that and it was such a great suggestion! Terry was our return driver and he was great too! I highly recommend them - prompt, friendly, extremely helpful and efficient! Terrible. Booked them to pick me up at New Orleans Airport and drive me to Baton Rouge. Took my money prepaid, send me a confirmation for the trip and then was a no show. Talked to someone on the phone and they didn't give me any options. Left me stranded at the airport. Not the way to do business. read more

Don't book this shuttle if you are going to experience changes or delays in flights, because they will charge you extra money and you don't have the time to figure out different options. By the time they added extra charges onto my shuttle ride, I found I could have rented a car from New Orleans to Baton Rouge for a much cheaper price or found other travel options (such as flying directly into Baton Rouge). The drivers have always been nice and courteous! I've used this shuttle several times, but won't be doing it again after the last experience! read more
