When asked why, he said he didn't think I was coming. I called another taxi service to pick us up, yet when a taxi arrived, my friend (thinking it was the second one) got in. It was this unprofessional disgusting driver. Why is he disgusting, well for our 45 minute can ride, that should have taken 15 minutes, he BURPED. This was not just a one time thing, it was a guttural putrid on going burp, which he claimed was the hiccups and he goes to work like that everyday. Needless to say there was no tip, and we opted to get out almost a mile from our destination. Uber is my new salvation.

We had nine people with personal items and carry-on bags, and the trip cost was $75 one way, which compared to other shuttles, was a great deal. He had our flight number so he knew when we would get in. I was VERY nervous when we landed and we called his number, and there was no answer. There was also no voicemail set up, which immediately set off red flags. After two more calls with no answer, I was beginning to formulate back up plans. Finally, he answered, and confirmed he was on his way. Our pick up from the airport was about 15 minutes late, but that's not too bad. He was nice and non-intrusive, and got us where we needed to go in a good time. His speed and lack of turn signals made me nervous, but we were fine. He was very accommodating in our return trip and I would definitely recommend him and book him again.

The flight landed before time and she instantly dropped me a message saying when she would be there. Liked that they kept track of my flight. The one and half hour ride from MSY to Baton Rouge downtown was absolutely amazing. She was very friendly. Absolutely loved the conversation that lasted almost the whole journey, which made one and half hour go by fast. Vehicle was clean, new and comfortable. All our luggage fit in comfortably.
