In fact, we thought it had to be a joke. This company should be ashamed of themselves for what they sent us. The bus was spray painted black. Poorly spray painted at that. Entirely unprofessional. We could immediately tell we needed to prepare for what was inside. The inside had and astroturf floor and particle board nailed haphazardly to the bottom of the seats. The particle board was rough and caused the fabric of the girls dresses to snag. The air conditioning on the bus barely worked, and we melted on the bus until the sun went down. The sound system had difficultly staying connected without manual intervention. The bus doors kept getting stuck making it difficult to exit the bus which was an incredible safety hazard. On top of it all, the bus broke down at one of the stops and caused a 10-15 min delay while the issue was being addressed. During that time, we sat on the bus with no air conditioning. I am shocked this company would send such a hazard out for consumers, and that they would charge the amount we paid for this wreck of a bus.
