Victoria, Jewel(?), and the rest of staff have always been so professional, helpful, kind, accommodating, and fun to shop with. I'll drive from Oak Harbor to this store JUST to spend some time in this location. The store is always kept clean and organized, even if it gets super slammed. They are always having great promos and the gals never complain if I need to make some adjustments to my purchases so that I get the best deal. Torrid itself is a wonderful company that has trendy and cute clothes and accessories for curvy women. You can tell that they make sure that their clothes are actually built for curvier women. They don't just add a few inches here and there like some other companies. Torrid products are made out of quality fabrics that will last for years to come. They are always having great promos like B1G1 50% off and even their $25 off of $50 Haute Cash that's coming up. Don't forget to sign up for their loyalty rewards program!

There are currently two Cocomolo stores in Aberdeen Centre. The one I've been shopping at for several years is on the third floor, focusing on socks! They sell socks for primarily ladies and a smaller collection for men. The ladies have excellent designs that are everything from no-show, to cute designs with animals, Hello Kitty, Totoro, Bare Bears. They even have an Obama socks and "Pho Sure" with a bowl of Pho. They also have fashion socks like the currently popular see-through ones. For men, they have designs like Captain America, etc. For such unique designs, their prices are excellent. Some are as low as 6 pairs for $10. Most are 4 pairs for $10. Many of their socks are from Kiss Socks, a Korean brand. The quality has held up well over the years. A newer store is on the second floor with costume jewelry, all Korean designs. Both are named Cocomolo.

The staff is pretty friendly and helpful. It's in Aberdeen Centre and there's a pretty big parking lot (free) and walkable to the skytrain station. The prices are alright, some are a bit on the pricier side but I'd say it's worth it. The quality is decent and the craftsmanship is pretty good. Some really adorable designs and some are more elegant.

It is better to show the other items that Derek that he does not have enough time to show there are other choices that may even fit our needs. I love the clothes but will avoid in store visits at all costs. I've worked many years in retail…read moreand their sales people are unfriendly, not helpful and aggressive. I highly recommend shopping online - their virtual customer service agents are lovely as well. A couple of examples of the great "service" I had recently: I was looking for a particular item and as per their websites online stock, the store (robson st) had 1-2 items left in stock. I venture to the store and struggle to find the item on my own. I ask one of the associates folding some sweaters, where I might be able to find the item. She points vaguely to a table and says something along the lines of, "if we have it it'll be on that table (points to an area with multiple tables - which isn't super clear) but I haven't seen it for a while". I do not find the item and go home to avoid having another experience like that only to chat online to the aritzia CS team. I am shopping and have an associate start a room for me. My arms begin to fill to the point where it's hard to carry all the other things I'm wanting to try on. Another associate stops by and asks if i have a room started, I tell her yes and then she walks away. I guess if one person helps you that means another can't or won't because they won't get the commission? I get individual associate sales goals but I was always taught to help regardless of that sale being yours.

So so sweet and attentive! I wish I got her name so I could give her a shoutout because it made my experience even better. Already can't wait to come back one day! Highly recommend checking this outlet spot out if you love Aritzia because the deals are amazing.

I liked the store from the outside, was thinking of trying it inside. I ve never been to this mall…read moresince im from alberta. I went inside and was going to look for airpod case or other thing. The asian lady with blonde hair. Was like " mask please " i was like oh yeah i have a mask. While i was putting the mask on i was asking the question & she simply rudely said i can't answer until u have mask. Mam first of all u aren't standing by the door to care for people whether they are wearing masks or not. You simply were just giggling on ur laptop. Secondly, u could have let me finish my mask thing instead of stopping me in the middle of my question. Or maybe you just preferred if i was asian? Freaking rude. After her response i left. I didn't even bother to ask or whatever.

I was in the market for an umbrella when I found one here! It looks like a kokeshi (kimono girl…read moredoll) when it is closed. The head is the handle when you use the umbrella, but the neat part is, the body part is a hard plastic cover!! This actually keeps the wetness inside, so you can stash it in your bag after you've used it, without getting your bag wet. Forget those flimsy bags made of the same material as the umbrella! The construction ("skeleton") of the umbrella isn't that sturdy, so I have to be always afraid of windy rainy days. I hope to make this convenient umbrella last as long as I can. I had to take a chance, though, since I could not open the umbrella and see its construction or its size. They did not allow customers to open the umbrellas, which is understandable, but they could have at least had one sample out. All they could tell me was that this umbrella is smaller than the other one that was shaped like an ice wine bottle (but they didn't have a sample of that one, either). That's why I can't give them 4 stars, despite all the cuteness they carry. I think they accepted Debit, but not Credit, but I'm not sure.
