Someone in my party needed a very specific size that wasn't on the rack, and lo and behold they had it in the back! Plus, an unexpected discount was applied to it! The clothes in the store are on the expensive side, but they have great deals going on all the time. Even sales on winter items during the winter... I'm happy with the colors, style and durability of my purchases. I joined their rewards email thing, and though the emails are annoying, I got an unexpected $5 off today's purchase. The cashier was very patient with me when I forgot which email I had the account with! It was worth the awkward search.

It was 8:58 and as my 5yr old daughter was opening the door, the cashier name "Jamie" literally locked the door on my daughters face!! Making her cry because the way she was treated. There was still customers inside so I waited for her to open the door to let them out, when she did I told her that what she did was very rude and disrespectful!!! How could she close the door on a little girl like that!! She said rudely that they closed at 9pm!!! First of all, it was 8:58!! And all she needed to do was to say they were closed, I would of understand, but the way she closed the door on my daughter's face was unacceptable!! I asked for her last name and she refused to tell me, I asked for a 1800# to file a complaint and she refused to give it to me! I asked for a store number and also denied to have one. Horrible experience over all! Will definitely find out the number to file a complaint and will Never buy shoes from that store again!

Absolutely ridiculous. Honestly, the products seem overpriced and questionable anyway, pretty sure it's bootleg. Save your time, money, and sanity and take your business literally anywhere else. The way they treat customers is absolutely disgusting. Not even a one star - ZERO.

Get her a gift card to Hallmark and let her pick out whatever she wanted. The staff was nice and quickly grabbed a card to ring up for me. Suddenly, it was like I stepped into the twilight zone?!?! First, the only accepted cash for GC's. Who does that? Luckily, I overcame this because I had $50 on me (for the first time in forever). Then, the young lady at the counter couldn't seem to get it to ring up. She was nice, but clearly struggling with the machine. Three trips to the back later, a co-worker emerges and has even less luck. They called a co-worker...no help. Their boss calls...no help. They even called Hallmarks 1-800 number and still nothing! WTH?!?! I wasted 45 min and left empty handed, and now no time to get anything else. Stinks! Despite them being kind, I just can't rate this store any higher because my visit was a complete and utter failure. Hope my mom likes cash for her birthday!
