We bombarded both of them with questions, an exchange, and a inquiry regarding placing an order for my granddaughter's checkered Vans. They handled our craziness with ease and kindness. She also provided my granddaughter some advice for handling her ringlet hair curls by jotting down the name of a product she uses. You don't find that kind of customer service any more.
