My wife and I went into this Kohl's department store while we were in the area looking for…read moredifferent outfits and things for her. I like visiting stores and taking pictures and looking around and exploring. So that's what I did I did not purchase anything but I did walk around the whole store seeing things as my wife shop. She got a few items and they seem to be reasonably priced

Wow. I went in to buy some jeans. It was 11 AM on a Tuesday. The jeans were a mess. Multiple pairs…read moreon the floor, jumbled up, the sizes not where they were supposed to be. The store had been open for two hours, but it looked like a tornado had hit it. I understand they are short-staffed, they were having a sale, whatever. Still, it made it difficult to find what I was looking for. Then I went into the dressing room to try on the clothes. Every single dressing room had several articles of clothing inside. As if no staff person is available to clean up the dressing rooms. I had to move clothes out of my way just so I could try clothes on. Even worse, there was a dead cockroach on the floor in the dressing room, and huge dust tumbleweeds rolling around on the floor. It was as if the dressing rooms had not been cleaned in WEEKS. I asked to speak to the manager when I was checking out. Jessica basically told me that they have a cleaning staff that is separate from the store (contractors). (Guess it's their fault the store is filthy? I don't think so.) She told me they are short-staffed. She gave me a half-hearted apology. It was seriously disgusting in the store and in the dressing room. Kohl's management should be ashamed.

Coming in the back entrance I was greeted with a mural at the end where a major anchor, Macy's,…read moreused to be located and four empty storefronts, a community center, another empty storefront with advertisements in the windows and a closed store. Not a good beginning. Anthony's Pets has closed and moved out beside two more empty stores, then three jewelry stores face the Target rotunda. Continuing down the concourse I saw three more empty spaces and two closed stores. The concourse between Dick's and the Food Court has the most popular and largest stores, H&M, Torrid, Buckle, Old Navy, Build-A-Bear, and no empty stores. When looking at the existing photos on their Yelp listing, the kiosks in the concourses have decreased significantly and some of them were closed. But I saw more people shopping here than I see in the Greenwood Mall (before the two recent incidents in the news) so I think the Bloomington folks are supporting their local mall well. The Food Court seemed adequate with the usual choices including a new pizza restaurant, Azzip Pizza, located very near the actual court seating area. The restrooms were clean. I liked how the sinks were separated from the rest of the facilities by being in a room of their own. They also looked recently renovated with new tile on the floors and walls. No issues with parking as plenty of spaces were available.

Hardly any stores left. The mall looks bare. Management is very poor. Bathroom sinks are leaking…read more Drain have come undone. Water runs all over the floor. The sinks are loose from the wall. Have reported it for weeks. Management don't care. I've been to other cities malls and they have them looking great. My true opinion about college mall is It SUCKS.

I found these guy sto be very unprofessional and non respsonsive…read more They sell a suit to the Heisman trophy winner. Kaleb bashes the family to his existing customer base and anyone that will listen. This was a big turn off for me. I would rather go to the Men's Warehouse

My fiancé and I were looking for a custom tux for our wedding. We heard of Greg at Elevated Citizen…read morethrough our wedding planner. He met us at a coffee shop to show us the options. It was odd getting measured in a coffee shop but we didn't have anything to compare it to as it was our first time buying a custom tux. We selected the material and liner. Once the tux came in, the fit was way more tight than we imagined but that wasn't the main problem we had. Greg took the creative liberty to add several details to the tux that we never discussed! Just to name a few: changing the lining in the sleeves to TIGERS, adding a stripe in the pants even though we said no stripe, adding the brides name to the crotch of the pants, adding ticket pockets. We were completely appalled and shared this feedback with our wedding planner. She talked to Greg, who yelled at her and said he didn't understand how we didn't find humor in him surprising us with the brides name in the crotch. He was offended and said he's the best at what he does (spoiler: he's not). Greg never offered to fix any of the surprise additions aside from the ticket pocket. We ended up getting a refund and going with another custom tux designer who was very professional, took the time to walk us through every step of customizing a tux and had higher quality threads. He put us in a real time crunch as this happened 2 months before our wedding. If you want fair customer service and the freedom to design all details, do not recommend.
