My mom has a walker and whenever we have dined at Al Italiano with my mom, the waiter moves a table to make it very easy for my mom to sit comfortably. We find the food delicious! We have eaten many dishes off the menu. The pizza is yummy, the spaghetti and meatballs are delicious, the eggplant and chicken parmesan are wonderful, too! But what I appreciate most is that at Al Italiano, the servers and chefs really want their guest to eat what they like. They are willing to substitute sauces, bake dishes to order (I really wanted baked rigatoni which was not on the menu but once I described it it was made for me) and split dishes to share. The restaurant is comfortable and the noise level is low. We will continue to eat at Al Italiano often.

But no matter how good the food is, one really poor service experience is all it takes ruin your impression of a restaurant and make a customer not come back. Hopefully management takes situations like this seriously, because simply acknowledging and having a server to just come greet your guests should be the bare minimum.
