From the moment I walked in, it was clear that the manager was more interested in lounging around than ensuring customers had a pleasant visit. The front desk was understaffed, and instead of stepping in to help, the manager was sitting in the back, scrolling on their phone. I waited a while just to check in. I asked to speak to the manager and learned that she off the clock but Michelle was still there.

If she would've politely told my friend that she wasn't supposed to be in there then that would've been no problem. But instead she was taken out and got in her face!! LIKE WHAT?!?! Totally unprofessional!! One of the worst experiences ever!! If someone doesn't know something, maybe don't belittle them for not knowing!!! She was also highly rude to the new employee that was working at the desk. Get a new manager ASAP because no one should have to work under someone as dehumanizing and degrading as that!

I purchased 2 spray tans for $60. I was told I had 60 days to use them. I used one the day I…read morepurchased them. I stopped in on day 60 to use the other. I was told it was day 61 and they refused to let me use it. Apparently they counted the purchase date as day 1 and not the next day as day 1. They weren't nice about it, the 2 girls were snarky and were just like too bad. Didn't even offer a discount or even to purchase another. They just stared at me. And they do not answer the phone. As in, literally don't. The message tells you that you have to come in to talk to someone. Terrible service
