To be fair to their mechanics, I do believe they do decent work. But on two occasions, I've had…read morerepairs done there, and in both cases, the final cost FAR exceeded what I was quoted. And what bothered me the most was I had told them after the first time, to PLEASE call me if the repair was going to more than quoted. The second time it happened I asked for the manager/owner and he really didn't seem to care one way or another. It was like, "well, sorry dude but that's how much we charge." Further, the second repair would have cost $50 at Freedom Motorsports which is about 20 minutes away, but R&R charged $130. I think the whole "trike" thing has gone to their heads. And in looking at the prices for accessories in their shop, EVERYTHING is overpriced. I don't get it??? They seem to stay busy in spite of all this??? I guess that's why they keep doing it. But don't go there unless you like overpaying for virtually everything. Other shops not too far away are way more reasonable. I'd love to support my local Jasper cycle shop R&R, but I feel ripped off. Never again.
