The rudest mechanics I have ever been to! THE MECHANIC THAT TALKED TO ME TODAY SHOULD BE FIRED! I went there because I live in Dahlonega so it's convenient and I wanted to support a local business but I WILL NEVER BE BACK THERE AGAIN and I will make sure everyone in town knows how they treated me and won't visit or recommend it to anybody passing through on a bike! Today was what really pushed it over but I've had more than one bad experience there. Last year I bought a cheap motorcycle and got it checked out at Rider's Hill to find out that it had a busted motor. The mechanic talked about it only to my guy friend who was with me and mostly ignored me even though my guy friend has nothing to do with the bike and was only there to help me out. I had to go back alone to get the mechanic to realize that EVEN THOUGH I'M A GIRL, I'M THE OWNER, and I'm the one who makes the decisions and pays for the repairs so he should be talking to ME! But he told me that if I got the motor replaced myself, he could look over it again and make sure everything was running well. I replaced the motor myself this spring, so today I called ahead about dropping my bike off to get an oil change, the chain tension checked, and everything looked over and they said that was fine on the phone. When I got there though, a mechanic walked out and said to me "I wouldn't even bother unloading that thing. We won't work on it." WHAT? I JUST CALLED ABOUT THIS! AND YOU SERIOUSLY CAN'T EVEN DO AN OIL CHANGE? WHY ARE YOU A REPAIR SHOP?? That is the rudest I've ever been treated! I took off work early to bring my bike in and they completely wasted my time! I'm so offended by how that mechanic acted towards me! It would be one thing if it was a misunderstanding, but his response WAS SO CONDESCENDING AND RUDE! It is unacceptable to be treated that way by a business! They charge enough for repairs that they should be able to hire more respectable mechanics. Money wasn't an object for this so I would've paid well and been a regular customer if I had been treated decently. read more

I have purchased two Aprilias from them. Great experience both times. I needed service under warranty once and they did a great job, stayed on it after closing to get me back on the road so that I didn't lose any days of riding on my vacation. These guys really care for their customers and are into motorcycles. You'll feel more like their friend than a customer and I definitely consider the owners and the whole staff friends. I live 275 miles from them but, will return every chance I get. After having some awful experiences at other motorcycle dealerships, they have shown me how great customer service can be. Riders Hill is located near some of the best riding on the East coast- its a great area for motorcycles. When your in the area, stop in and see what I mean. read more

Had a great experience! Friendly and knowledgeable staff. I was in a real bond and needed a tire in the middle of a trip. It was almost closing time, but they wetter more than happy to help me out and get me back on the road. Even though the building was closing, they bright me over into the AC, and gave me a soda to relax. They totally put my mind at ease. Will and Sam were awesome. While waiting, I walked around the showroom...nice selection. I think they may have had to mop up some of my drool when I left! Seriously, top notch crew and great establishment. read more
