I just bought a new Triumph from these guys, and was very happy with the experience. Chip and Big John gave me a fair price, bent over backwards to get me the specific bike I was looking for, and were even prepared to deliver it for me when the weather looked like it wasn't going to cooperate (say what you will about fair-weather riders, but I didn't particularly want my first ride on a brand new bike to be on the interstate in a thunderstorm).
