Their food is what I'd call "elevated food truck," with a rotating, bistro-style menu often featuring the freshest and most in season ingredients. While I've never had a bad bite here, the star of the show is definitely their mac 'n cheese. Their sandwiches, tacos, and Asian-inspired dishes hit home runs as well. The best part is, everything they serve pairs well with any of Farmstrong's delish beers or house-brewed ciders. Most recently, I had their smash burger tacos paired with a La Raza Mexican Lager - oh yeahhhh! They also have many vegetarian options, and if you're not too hungry you can't go wrong with their crispy fries.

I haven't been back south to try other things on the menu, but it's been on my list for a long time. The other awesome part is that all the food pairs so well with all of Farmstrong's offerings. I especially like the mac and cheese (obv I love this) with a porter, it's filling and rich on a cooler fall day. It's probably one of the best food trucks I've ever been to, and I hope it stays that way.
