Critical: Quality, Value…read more I paid $17,138 for a well to be drilled in Pardise Ranchos Winnemucca NV. I paid the full amount so I did not have to mess around with owning any money. I was to have a 170 foot well drilled. I paid this money in December 2020. They acknowledged the money being received. I was told 8 weeks to get drilled by Crystal the representative there. I spoke to Crystal on February 16th requesting a date on when the drilling would start. She mentioned that it would not be until mid March 2021 or even later. I requested a full refund she replied I needed to speak to Fred Anderson regarding that. Fred called me a few hours later and explained I was next and that they would be starting on Friday the 19th of February. Found it very puzzling that I got two different stories. After I requested a full refund. I called today and set emails to have Fred cancel any work and to refund my money. No callback. I called Crystal which acknowledged my email I sent this morning and mentioned Fred would need to call me. I have no chose if I don't get my money to file a suit and complaint against the Nevada Contractor Board which I have contracted them today. I will contact the BBB and law enforcement for a complaint to be filed for grand theft. Because this company has not provided the services and I dont trust them at this point. I think the right thing to do is just answer my calls and provide me a full refund before I take legal invention which I can claim punitive damages in the thousands.
