​ (1 Star) ​"After three years of loyalty, paying on time, and personally referring multiple paying customers to this facility, I am completely disgusted by how the owners treat their long-term tenants. I even went out of my way to help keep the facility clean, only to be rewarded with targeted harassment from the owners themselves. ​This place operates on a massive double standard. The owners selectively enforce rules to target individuals based on personal grudges and harass tenants, while completely ignoring actual safety hazards and chaos on the property. There is visible property damage, including a hole punched into the wall that has gone unaddressed, and certain units regularly bring domestic drama and active police responses to the facility with zero consequences. They even allow banned individuals back onto the property. ​Worse, their physical security setup is an absolute joke and a safety hazard. They refuse to put a keypad on the inside of the facility, operating on a bizarre, elitist logic that if you don't have a vehicle, you shouldn't be on the property. If you are a paying tenant accessing your unit on foot or getting dropped off, you are essentially trapped inside their locked perimeter without a car to trigger the gate. ​Instead of managing the actual safety risks, crime, and destruction at their facility, the owners choose to abuse their paperwork to push out loyal tenants who call out their poor behavior. ​If you want a secure, professional, and fair place to store your belongings, go somewhere else.
