Now, our refrigerator went out in our own home and I couldn't bring myself to pay over $1000 dollars for a new one so I am glad that we have the option and were aware of Sun Valley Appliances. We got a nice used refrigerator at a great price, and when we got home, we realized we didn't measure the depth and so it didn't fit. Imagine my surprise and disappointment when I read All Sales Final on the receipt. However, I still called and spoke to Sherri, explained we didn't want a refund but to exchange for one that would fit. She was so helpful and understanding and allowed us to make an exchange. Both the employees on the floor were also helpful and assisted with the loading/unloading. I recommend this place for all your appliance needs. It is locally owned and operated. Their guy removed the part (Spider Gear), it was a bit time consuming, but I completely understood as I had just done the work to remove my own and found it disintegrating on the inner stainless tub. Nicole charged a fair price for the used replacement part, but upon removal they could not tap the bolts out. Due to the pot metal (Zinc blend) on these Spider Gears. Nicole further discounted the part, so that I could proceed to take it home and tap these bolts out myself. Ultimately, the part did not work for me, as the metal framework (being softer than the bolts) cracked as the bolts were tapped out. However I was still impressed with their professional and fair conduct with this transaction and if I need a washer/dryer or any parts in the future, I will definitely come to them first. Shawn A.

Ryan gave me a quote that was significantly better than some other local companies, and was able to come out and fix it immediately. They promised they'd be there at 7am and be done by 3 the next day - and they held to their word! They came out, relined my sewer, installed a clean out, and covered up the hole by 3pm, even hauling away the big rocks they dug up. They did such a great job that I just hired them to repipe all the plumbing in my crawl space and yet again, they gave me a super reasonable bid and were 100% true to their word. This time a crew of 2 younger guys came out - they were extremely polite, got the job done in the time promised, and cleaned up and were on their way out in a day! Plumbing issues are a massive pain in the butt but these guys do live up to their names - they made the whole thing EASY. Every single employee I have interacted with from Liz in the office, Ryan giving bids, and now 3 other service guys have been amazing - super friendly and kind. This even includes the guy who came out at 7pm on a Sunday to clear the line when I first had the issue - nothing but amazing people work here. I decided to go with "Cured-In-Place Pipe" because it only requires a single hole approximately 2'x4' instead of a trench through my landscaping that would cut very big tree roots since the trench would have been within five feet of four very large trees. Replacing the pipe would also have left three feet of my old (orangeburg) pipe from curb to the city connection, unless willing to pay an additional thousand dollars for 3 more feet. Ryan and two crew members showed up at the scheduled 7 AM time and did an excellent job. Finishing around 2:30 PM after the city inspector approved the work. Ryan and his crew were professional and careful with all the landscaping. They installed a new ABS cleanout, backfilled and cleaned up the work area beautifully.
