See attached conversation and pics. . she was cruel, mean, obstinate and downright awful. she called my wife a liar, and then this Friday she simply took our trash can and cancelled our service. Without a refund. I will never use this service again. Desert disposal is ran by shoddy business practices.

If you're looking for an honest mechanic who truly goes the extra mile for his customers, call…read moreMitch. I was having car trouble with my Ford Explorer and called Mitch's Maintenance and Repair to come take a look. He came out and quickly diagnosed that my transmission was going out. Thankfully it was still under warranty, but dealing with the warranty company was a long and frustrating process. Mitch went way above and beyond to help me through it. He stayed on top of the warranty company and was calling every day or every other day to keep the process moving and make sure everything got approved. He didn't just diagnose the problem and leave -- he actually helped make sure it got taken care of. Because of his persistence and dedication, I was able to get a new transmission and get my Explorer repaired and back on the road. It's rare to find someone who genuinely cares about helping people the way Mitch does. Honest, hardworking, and reliable. I highly recommend Mitch's Maintenance and Repair.

His word is definitely NOT his bond. He quoted me a price following HIS tablet and when the job that took from March to August due to his slacking and prioritizing road calls (makes more money that way) over scheduled appointments, he kept coming up with all kinds of excuses to not finish the job and blaming me for not having the right parts ( that his replacement I hired after he abandoned the job, was able to install with ZERO issues!!) See the pics of how he left without finishing. Also he would ask you before even finishing the work to leave him a five star review for a better deal.

Critical: Quality, Value…read more I paid $17,138 for a well to be drilled in Pardise Ranchos Winnemucca NV. I paid the full amount so I did not have to mess around with owning any money. I was to have a 170 foot well drilled. I paid this money in December 2020. They acknowledged the money being received. I was told 8 weeks to get drilled by Crystal the representative there. I spoke to Crystal on February 16th requesting a date on when the drilling would start. She mentioned that it would not be until mid March 2021 or even later. I requested a full refund she replied I needed to speak to Fred Anderson regarding that. Fred called me a few hours later and explained I was next and that they would be starting on Friday the 19th of February. Found it very puzzling that I got two different stories. After I requested a full refund. I called today and set emails to have Fred cancel any work and to refund my money. No callback. I called Crystal which acknowledged my email I sent this morning and mentioned Fred would need to call me. I have no chose if I don't get my money to file a suit and complaint against the Nevada Contractor Board which I have contracted them today. I will contact the BBB and law enforcement for a complaint to be filed for grand theft. Because this company has not provided the services and I dont trust them at this point. I think the right thing to do is just answer my calls and provide me a full refund before I take legal invention which I can claim punitive damages in the thousands. I just hope this review gets to Fred and his business so he can understand that someone like myself will not tolerate this.
