Had to stop in Winnemucca for some emergency cleaning after my daughter threw up all over her clothes and car seat during a road trip. Found this lovely laundromat which SAVED OUR BACON. It was a lonely Thursday night, but the Laundromat was staffed and had everything we needed. The woman who was working there was extremely helpful. The laundromat is clean and fairly priced. I would also like to give zero stars. Wish I had read the reviews first. Absolutely THE worst laundromat I've ever been to and I travel a lot. Walked in and was yelled at by the same woman everyone has talked about. She screamed you have to put your work clothes in the silver washers. I replied nicely that I didn't have any work clothes. Then the machine was out of change it said to see attendant. So I walked over to ask her and she screamed again DONT YOU CROSS MY LINE!" (what line?) I would have left if the young man near her hadnt come to assist and had change for me. read more

I wish I could give zero stars. I came into town and needed to do laundry. The business advertises that they are open until 2200. I walked in at 2050 and the worker (older Hispanic lady) was SUPER RUDE. She told me it was too close to 2100 to start a load. I pointed out that they are open until 2200 but would gladly hand dry my clothes if I could wash them. She rudely yelled, "nope you are not keeping me until after 10". I explained that it should only take 30 minutes to wash and I would gladly hang dry my clothes. She yells, "nope, you heard me." As a working person I understand not wanting to stay late but being RUDE and UNREASONABLE is inexcusable! read more

I came in to throw one load into wash. I have a large truck. The parking spots are small, so I was angled. If I was going to be here for not then 15 minutes I would have taken the five minutes to squeeze just right into the lot. The lot was completely EMPTY. The attendant, younger woman in her early 30s came barking about me too nice my truck because it was taking up two spaces. She was super rude and aggressive about it and I didn't appreciate her approach and attitude. I told I was just throwing in laundry and leaving. She said something about the lot was full earlier. I said she didn't need to get snippy about it. She walked to the back and mumbled "fu**ing c*nt"... I stormed to where she was and said, "EXCUSE ME?!". She repeated what she said before the expletive. I said, "ya, I heard what you said... If you were working for me you'd be fired for talking to a customer like that!" Being that an employee can speak to a customer as if this is the only laundry mat in town, you'd think the lot would be packed. It's been 25 minutes now and I'm still the only one here. Oh, and it's hilarious that she is now sitting back in here little area watching tv wearing her covid mask when she was out on the floor yelling at me not wearing one. I think the covid is a hoax, so no big whoop. It's just another conflict in her behavior read more

Took work clothes in dryer at 8:30, go to pick up at 9:30... already locked up and closed. Sat there just in case they left for a minute all the way til 10 o'clock. Open 7 days a week til 10 my ass... read more
