(1 Star) "After three years of loyalty, paying on time,…read moreand personally referring multiple paying customers to this facility, I am completely disgusted by how the owners treat their long-term tenants. I even went out of my way to help keep the facility clean, only to be rewarded with targeted harassment from the owners themselves. This place operates on a massive double standard. The owners selectively enforce rules to target individuals based on personal grudges and harass tenants, while completely ignoring actual safety hazards and chaos on the property. There is visible property damage, including a hole punched into the wall that has gone unaddressed, and certain units regularly bring domestic drama and active police responses to the facility with zero consequences. They even allow banned individuals back onto the property. Worse, their physical security setup is an absolute joke and a safety hazard. They refuse to put a keypad on the inside of the facility, operating on a bizarre, elitist logic that if you don't have a vehicle, you shouldn't be on the property. If you are a paying tenant accessing your unit on foot or getting dropped off, you are essentially trapped inside their locked perimeter without a car to trigger the gate. Instead of managing the actual safety risks, crime, and destruction at their facility, the owners choose to abuse their paperwork to push out loyal tenants who call out their poor behavior. If you want a secure, professional, and fair place to store your belongings, go somewhere else. This facility is a sinking ship that tolerates chaos while punishing loyalty. Avoid at all costs."

Critical: Quality, Value…read more I paid $17,138 for a well to be drilled in Pardise Ranchos Winnemucca NV. I paid the full amount so I did not have to mess around with owning any money. I was to have a 170 foot well drilled. I paid this money in December 2020. They acknowledged the money being received. I was told 8 weeks to get drilled by Crystal the representative there. I spoke to Crystal on February 16th requesting a date on when the drilling would start. She mentioned that it would not be until mid March 2021 or even later. I requested a full refund she replied I needed to speak to Fred Anderson regarding that. Fred called me a few hours later and explained I was next and that they would be starting on Friday the 19th of February. Found it very puzzling that I got two different stories. After I requested a full refund. I called today and set emails to have Fred cancel any work and to refund my money. No callback. I called Crystal which acknowledged my email I sent this morning and mentioned Fred would need to call me. I have no chose if I don't get my money to file a suit and complaint against the Nevada Contractor Board which I have contracted them today. I will contact the BBB and law enforcement for a complaint to be filed for grand theft. Because this company has not provided the services and I dont trust them at this point. I think the right thing to do is just answer my calls and provide me a full refund before I take legal invention which I can claim punitive damages in the thousands. I just hope this review gets to Fred and his business so he can understand that someone like myself will not tolerate this.
