A car hitting mine through the wash should not be brushed off and should not be an often occurrence. Incident reported and form filled out and was assured check would arrive in couple weeks. However, no one contacted me, called customer service everyday x2 for 2-3 weeks and never got a call back, stopped by and "form was lost" - what a coincidence. Another form filled out and have checked in to see what is going to be done - no one will return my call or help. It has been 2 months since the incident and still have no answer or check. DO NOT WASTE TIME AT THIS CARWASH. OVERPRICED. POORLY MANAGED. INCIDENTS OCCUR AND NO ONE CARES.

This is coming from someone who was going there on a weekly basis because it was across the street from my house and apparently I'm a glutton for punishment. It would be a decent place if they'd make sure their soap tanks stayed filled and had a legitimate phone number to call when there's a problem, instead of just a yahoo based email address.

Before signing anything, I specifically asked if what I was agreeing to was a subscription And said I did not want a subscription just the one time wash. The tenant told clearly no and that it was a special deal I was signing for their new time customers. Based on that information, I went ahead and signed the paperwork. Now I've been charged $48 for a subscription I did not knowingly agree to. This feels extremely misleading and not okay. Customers should be able to trust what they're told at the point of sale--especially when directly asking about recurring charges. I'm asking Wash N' Roll corporate to look into this situation and make it right. At the very least, staff should be properly trained to clearly explain what customers are signing up for so this doesn't keep happening to others. I'd appreciate a response and resolution.
