I inquired about a particular service Integrity offers to see if it would take care of a spilled coffee problem that occurred in my truck the previous week. Mike (the manager) was extremely professional and was able to tailor their level one service to clean just the areas I needed taken care of. Additionally, he told me he had a cancellation and would be able to take me that day! When I went to the shop, he personally did the cleaning himself and did a fantastic job in a meticulous manner. Since a food/drink establishment was going to reimburse me for the detailing, he even created a detailed invoice mentioning the "coffee stains and smell".
