terrible service. bought a mower that never worked at end of july. First mow, the mower continued…read moreto die, and the steering would go out intermittently. shop in Carthage and was told that this would be common because been sitting for so long and I had bought it at the end of the mowing season. Second mow- same thing. Had it picked up for warranty work and now I'm getting told that I need to pay for pick up and delivery even if it's warranty work. Why would I need to do that if it never worked?? called and spoke with one of the owners who identified himself as Alex and when I asked to return it, he said no. he then proceeded to hang up on me rather than talking like adults. Do not recommend. Go somewhere else.

The ones that came on it started peeling and I found out it was resin....NOT wood.) I still have the furniture. I still have the original receipt. Unfortunately so much time had passed then (almost 5 years) I didn't pursue the issue. In the decades since, every family member I know that has bought appliances from them had issues. Generally within 2-3 years. Their repair policy is crap. I'm now dealing with my 80 y.o. Mom and JUST got her to quit buying appliances from them. She was going through refrigerators like a kid going through a bowl of M&M's. Never again.

Extremely disappointed about the way I was treated when I returned a washing machine that was…read morebroken from the first time I used it. Had two repair men take a look and neither could fix it. I talked to Mr Allred about replacing it and he yelled at me and told me to bring the receipt, which I did not keep (this family has been in business for years and I and most members of my family have purchased 10000's of dollar thru the years) I trusted that I would not have a problem returning an item ,if I had a problem with any appliance. Without receiving any help from Mr Allred, I paid men to take the broken machine back to his store, still no help. I purchased a washing machine from another store, I am out a thousand dollars but I will not jump thru anymore hoops for him. If he was a respectable business man he would have found the receipt for me any stead of laughing when I told him I could not find. Mr ALLRED, this is your legacy.

I purchased a washer, dryer and electric stove from the Appliance Mart. The sales person that sold…read moreme the appliances was courteous and helpful. I love the washer and dryer, but the stove is another story. I have mostly used gas stoves, but that option was not available in the home I purchased. I hate the stove. The repair man came out to my house quickly to see what the problem was & it is just the way the stove was made. I called to see what could be done about it and the salesman that talked to me was willing to pick up the stove and refund my money. He neglected to tell me that ALL electric stoves today were made this way. He was very patronizing about the issue. If he would have told me ALL electric stoves were made that way and not have made me feel stupid about the issue there would have been more business from me for the Appliance Mart in the future. I will take my business elsewhere even though their prices may be a little lower.
