To top it off, we spoke to a manager at the Nashville location who was outright rude, treating us like garbage for daring to complain. Their customer service is a disgusting sham--dishonest, useless, and infuriatingly arrogant. Avoid this pitiful excuse for a store unless you love being scammed and disrespected. By the way, Ethan was a pleasure to work with and tried to help - but the others in the store was a waste of time and effort. I noticed that the owner responds to these reviews but offers nothing to address issues in his response. Only saying things like "it's unfortunate" or "we hope to do better to regain your trust". My plan is if we don't resolve this issue in the next few days, I'm going to load $12k worth of high end appliance on my trailer, haul them to the Cookeville store and camp out in their parking lot with a huge banner saying how I was scammed and sell my appliance in the parking lot for penny's on the dollar. So I call Innovative Audio and spoke with Troy. He asked the make, model, and year of the truck. After getting this information he proceeded to order the part. About a week later he ask me to bring in my truck and I did. After about an hour or so, he advised me that he ordered the wrong part. After ordering the correct part, I did not hear back from him for weeks. Then I called and he said that he had the new part ordered and would give me a call when it was in. After another couple of weeks, I called again and he would not return my calls. In mid-February, I left another phone message telling him that if he was not able to get me in to have my new radio by March, I was going to cancel the order and write a review on the poor customer service. He returned that call and said the part was in and he was going to get me on the schedule for the install. Two weeks later, it is now March, and not a word from Troy. I am going somewhere else to be treated like someone cares.
