I couldn't be more pleased with the beautiful results. It's a journey so there have been ups and downs in a learning curve, but I don't regret it for a moment and have been saving a long time for this dental treatment, and I feel certain God led me to this man. I was ready to have the surgery and it didn't happen because another Dental office tried to upsell me by that I mean, they were pushy and wanted all the money upfront before I received any treatment at all when I had a chance to think about it, I realized I could never use this Dentist. Fired them 29 April and today I get this letter in the mail. Called Leigh Horton office administrator to ask who her boss was and she told me she doesn't have a boss. (Hard to believe!) STAY AWAY FROM THIS MEDICAL CLINIC, especially if you have TRICARE. They have NO clue how to deal with TRICARE.

I called to verify Paris Eye Care accepted my insurance before making an appointment, as I would be a new patient for them. I was told they accepted my insurance, so I set the appointment with them. About 2 weeks later, show up for the appointment and Paris Eye Care tells me, "They don't know if they told me, they don't accept 'Tricare'." I would never have set the appointment in the first place if they didn't take my insurance, hence the initial call to verify they were in network before making the appontment. MyEyeDr.(chain) takes benefeds(FEDVIP) / Tricare if you can make the trip to Jackson, TN. Frustrating for many reasons, and it would seem that they do not want to help with fed employees and vets with their vision needs by remaining out of insurance network.

A few years ago, Heather Coates, PA-C became another doctor that practiced at Memorial Clinic as well. I am originally from Waverly but have moved over an hour away throughout the past decade while still commuting back to Memorial Clinic for all of my doctor needs. I have consistently been pleased with my visits at Memorial Clinic. They are able to treat anything from the common cold all the way to regularly monitoring my asthma. They perform routine female exams and can do pretty much anything you need from a doctor's office. Both Bonnie & Heather are down to earth and caring professionals. The entire staff that work within Memorial Clinic are kind and helpful as well. Kathy, the office manager, has been there for many years as well and always knows exactly how to help with office related matters. The office is very clean. There are hand sanitizer stands throughout the facility you can use at any time as well.
