Today, I had a molar extracted by Dr. Lewallen. I was referred by my dentist, and was able to get in for an appointment on the same day. The tooth was broken, painful, infected, and needed to be removed. However I am 32 weeks pregnant, so the only numbing I could have was novocaine. Being lucid the entire time was rough, and probably more so with pregnancy hormone. (I cried. A few times.) Still, the entire staff was so patient with me, including Dr. Lewallen. That really meant a lot to me. Since arriving home, I've had little to no pain, and I'm honestly very surprised at how normal I feel. Bedside manner and quality of work are super important to offset the fact that getting dental work done is no fun, no matter what. The staff and Doctors at this office clearly understand this, and I appreciate that. While I hope I never have to see anyone here again , if I do, I'll know I'm In good hands.

His assistant was also amazing and she always made sure I was as comfortable as possible. The facility was super clean. They give you big comfy blankets to use during the procedure and I was even able to watch tv while they were removing my teeth as I chose local anesthesia instead of general. Truly made an experience I thought would be terrifying into an amazing one.

CON ARTISTS!!!! Went in as a new paitent for a normal cleaning and checkup. They take x-rays…read moreand the dr does a quick exam. The Dr, who said her name was M, middle eastern lady told me I had a cavity and periodontal disease. I go to the dentist twice a year and it sounded bogus to me. Before my cleaning they have me talk to a different office worker who tells me its going to be over $1000 for a deep cleaning that is not covered by insurance because of my "periodontal disease" Told her that isnt happening and just give me a normal cleaning that is covered by insurance. THEY FLAT OUT REFUSED TO DO A NORMAL CLEANING THAT WOULD HAVE BEEN COVERED BY INSURANCE. But they sure as hell billed my insurance for the exam and x-rays, so they used up my benefit while providing no service. Of course that lady smiled at me well you have no out of pocket, your visit is covered by insurance. Dont go here, they will lie to you, waste your insurance benefit and time. I felt like the periodontal diese and the cavity they pointed out was a bunch of made up nonsense so they could keep me coming back and keep billing me/my insurance.

It is genuinely worth your time and money to go anywhere else…read more I came in for what should have been a simple fix: re-cementing an existing crown. Instead, they aggressively filed down my tooth to the point where a crown will no longer stay on for more than three days. I have never had this problem before. As a direct result of what they did, I am now being told I "need" a $7,000 implant surgery--something I did not need when I walked in. To make matters worse, they refused to provide temporary cement to keep the crown in place, essentially leaving me stuck, uncomfortable, and forced into an expensive procedure I didn't consent to or plan for. This experience felt careless, rushed, and completely indifferent to the long-term consequences for the patient. No accountability, no reasonable solution--just a massive bill and a ruined tooth. Hands down the worst dental experience I have ever had. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone under any circumstances.

As a patient, I'm pretty sure staff do consider this public forum, so just keep that in mind if you post anything here. You'll come back for consultations, pre and post operations. Scans are always taken in a timely manner, and I've never had to wait more than 5-10 minutes at a time. If it's your first visit, make sure to come in early to complete their patient intake data form. With any medical care, be sure to bring valid ID and all of your insurance cards. All of the doctors and assistants here are really thorough in explaining risks associated with surgery and after care. I received a detailed packet of information from what medicine to expect, timeline of swelling, and several other relevant details. Questions I posed were sincerely and carefully answered by everyone. Front desk staff especially were working both to answer techincal calls about insurance and aftercare questions via the phone while also checking in patients. Parking is generous in a private lot with extra room in the back of the building. Definitely recommend if you are referred for oral surgery.
