Even through an unprecedented pandemic and historic wildfires, our project was completed on time and to amazing quality. I have remodeled approximately 10 previous homes and felt I did have a good baseline experience, but wanted to know how their company worked. The receptionist said she could do the estimate without even seeing my plan or meeting with me and gave me an approximate $500000 bid. How they think that they can provide a bid without even seeing the plans or the current home or talking to the builder... or even meeting... is just beyond me. They must be too busy!

Even when I had the idea to install a lower clothes bar for my clothes in our closet. As I am getting to the point where I will be needing a wheelchair full time. Lukas made us a second clothes bar, and shelf in the closet. To do just that. He also made us a better access crawl space door. For under our house. Because the one we had. Was cheaply made. And when our refrigerator went out during the remodel. No fault to Henderer. The refrigerator had been there since our house was first remodeled in 2006. Lukas went, and got their shop fridge. So that all of our perishables could stay cold. While we had to wait for the refrigerator to get fixed. Then after the remodel was over. Lukas came back a couple months later with the electrician. Because our vanity light in the bathroom had a bad wire in it. He, and the electrician were able to fix it.
