Robb came in to our home that we are in the middle of selling to fix a refrigerator less than 5…read moreyears old. He was cold in his demeanor and seemingly judgmental about the home. That is fine in and of itself. However, again, the refrigerator is less than 5 years old, and has already broken once in a similar way about a year ago at which point the whole fridge was cleaned and was fixed. He told me that the freezer was fully packed (it was not) and the unit had not been maintained....they had been fixed about a year ago during maintenance. He ultimately denied our insurance claim due to failure to perform routine maintenance. Not only is that a garbage diagnosis and a HUGE blow to my family, he was rude the entire time. I see here many people have had different experiences, that is great for them, I sure hope he is not like how he was to us to all clients. Yikes. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Five stars to Lyle (and his right hand Kyle) for their recent work on our 1890's farm house. Lyle…read moreworked with us to refine our ideas for the two projects (new kitchen stove backsplash and hood vent, bathroom remodel), select the best materials within our budget, and work through the unexpected (but inevitable) quirks of improving an old house. The quality of Horton Remodeling's work (and their cabinet and plumbing subcontractors) was excellent: demolition was tidy, new construction solid and efficient, finish work and punch list items perfected. The job site was always clean and organized. Lyle was super clear on where we were in the process and next steps, material and fixture selection and how he could solve little problems and was clear with the few cost adjustments we needed to make. The project (two projects) was completed within our budget, and we are very pleased with the work. Based on the attention and care given to our project, we definitely recommend Horton Remodeling for yours. Mike and Jen Kings Valley
