I called to schedule an appointment and the young lady who answered said it's walk-in only, along with their hours of operation. I decided to check it out yesterday. When I walked in, I was greeted and prompted to sign in/sign a release. I sat in the waiting area while my aesthetician got everything ready for my service. She (Angela) came out, introduced herself, and told me she would be out to get in a few once she finished setting up. In the front, there are hair stations. There were serval people getting washes, cuts, and blowouts. Off to the left, there's a few manicure stations. Massages and facials are completed in the same room--it's one large room with tables lining both sides. The facial was amazing!! It lasted about an hour and includes a décolleté, arm, and shoulder rub. Angela and I had small chat. It wasn't awkward at all. She was friendly and personable but also professional. The service was only $20! What a steal!!!

I was told the facility was closed on Monday but will be opened on Tuesday at 9am. I arrived at 9:20am to be told that the students were in class until 12:30pm OMG really. Definitely bad business and teaching for your students as I'm sure you didn't just start having classes in Tuesdays & Thursdays. Very disappointed in this school.

The stylist was nice When I asked her if she knew how to layer and style short curly hair, she said yes. During the cut, she had to ask for help from her instructor. Her instructor was rude and told me that she could not cut my hair the way it looked in the picture without a perm. The picture was a picture of me. I have never had a perm. When my hair is cut correctly all I have to donis wet it, put some mouse in it, and go. Also, the color is way darker than what I picked out. The entire experience was disappointing. My head looks like a mop!
