You would think students should be able to use 1 ounce of face mask for 9K College changing for 5 months of school. 10 girls in class were 2 and 3 times younger than me (who decided to chase dream becoming Esthetician after 26 years in Software IT). 50% of class time is spent on rumors about families, selebrities and politics. Students spa is full of filthy linens and students are responsible for doing laundry and cleaning around school. Student got sick with Covid and administrators and teachers did not disclose that fact to anyone putting on jeopardy public health as College also have Salon open to public. My boyfriend went for haircut and spent an hour having 10 hairs cut as student called busy teacher to confirm every hair she cut. Complete waste of time. Teachers openly announcing to students with pride that Spa business is all about making money and they all are burguês...You are free to form your own opinion and hopefully your experience will be much better than mine! I was told the facility was closed on Monday but will be opened on Tuesday at 9am. I arrived at 9:20am to be told that the students were in class until 12:30pm OMG really. Wow how do you run a school and the person who answers the phone does not know the school's schedule?!! Definitely bad business and teaching for your students as I'm sure you didn't just start having classes in Tuesdays & Thursdays. Very disappointed in this school.

It was not 10 minutes later they called and cancelled because my person suddenly became unavailable. Absolutely Devastated by My Haircut Experience I've been to…read morethis Great Clips location several times before and had decent experiences, but my most recent visit was a complete nightmare. I came in requesting a long inverted bob -- a cut I've had done here in the past -- and I made it very clear to the stylist that I do not like short hair. I even emphasized that short hair makes me uncomfortable, that I wouldn't know what to do with it, and that I would cry if it was cut too short. I showed him a photo, explained that I needed the front to stay longer, and reminded him that my naturally curly hair shrinks when dry. He acknowledged all of this -- and then proceeded to ignore everything I said. He made the first cut, which was already shorter than I wanted. I was surprised and told him not to go any shorter. Despite this, he kept cutting. By the end, my hair -- which was previously past my shoulders -- was hacked into something completely unrecognizable. The back is maybe two inches long, and the front barely reaches my ears. It's the worst haircut I've ever received in my life. To make matters worse, I reached out to Great Clips customer service, who told me the franchise owner would contact me. It's been over a week, and I haven't heard a single word. I can't even tie my hair back to hide it -- I'm genuinely embarrassed to leave the house. I would never recommend this location -- or any Great Clips -- to anyone who values being listened to, respected, or walking away with a haircut that doesn't make you cry. And because of the terrible job that he had done before, he started getting loud and threatened to have me trespassed if I didn't leave. He stated that he didn't care if I did call customer service and began to rattle off corporates number. I called and registered a complaint, I was told that the owner would contact me... NEVER HEARD ANYTHING FROM ANYONE !!! I then left and went to HAIR ON MAIN. The best experience ever!! Needless to say, I will never return to such a hostile place as Great clips.
