Having suffered through a bankruptcy myself in 1993 and losing everything, I take great pleasure in helping people others either will not or cannot help. I strongly believe "bad things happen to good people" and as such have made it my life mission to help those good people. In addition to closing Conventional, FHA, VA and USDA loans, we close FHA portfolio loans for people with credit scores from 560-639 per the attached document guidelines. That said, some people take longer to help that others, some people do not want to be helped, and others simply cannot be helped. I am available seven days a week including nights and weekends with the exception of Sunday mornings to help those needing help! We have offices in Fairfield (Cincinnati) and Kettering (Dayton) and close loans for property located anywhere in Ohio.
