Caring Transitions was very helpful with getting things settled with my mother in law's estate…read more They were friendly and professional. They poured through a ton of stuff and efficiently set up an online auction and handled everything. After everything was settled, sold, and fees were paid, we ended up getting about $35. We were hoping to get more, but overall I was happy with the work they did. Would recommend to any family who needs to have someone else go through a loved one's estate.

I just wanted to thank Rosie and the rest of the Caring Transitions Cincinnati West team for all…read moretheir help with my father's estate. The task of cleaning out the house and liquidating the contents seemed insurmountable and was only made more daunting by the fact I live out of state. Rosie immediately put me at ease and was reassuring, patient and transparent throughout the entire process from our first meeting to the final accounting. From the very beginning she explained the time and work that would be needed and this allowed us to set realistic expectations. It was, without a doubt, the absolute right decision for us. I simply couldn't afford to take who knows how much time off of work, travel to Ohio and go through everything myself - it would have taken me three times as long and not having the contacts that Rosie has I wouldn't have been nearly as successful - not to mention the stress and emotional toll this would have taken. The open communication was so appreciated and I never once felt like I was a bother. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Caring Transitions Cincinnati West and honestly don't know what I would have done without their help. It was a much needed relief during an already extremely stressful time. Thank you for everything and for treating my family home with such care and respect. I am so grateful!

Absolutely Horrible Experience - Avoid at All Costs…read more I had the unfortunate experience of reaching out to Ohio Cash Buyers regarding a property I had under contract. I was met with outright hostility and disrespect from someone named Chris, who immediately cursed me out for simply trying to do business. I was professional, clear, and courteous and in return, I got uncalled-for verbal abuse. This is hands-down the most unprofessional and toxic interaction I've had in real estate. If this is how they treat potential partners, I can only imagine how they treat sellers or buyers. Chris needs a serious lesson in basic decency and customer service. Total disgrace to the industry. Stay far away. There are plenty of ethical, respectful investors out there ; this is not one of them.

We would follow up with them a few days after a showing and their response was to not micromanage them. From time of accepting an offer to closing there was not a single communication from them. Their prices were below most other companies and they were on time, professional, did excellent work and quicker than they had originally told us. We will be calling them back out to do some other areas of our house very soon! Special thanks to Kelly and Brad for helping us find the materials we really wanted to make our kitchen exactly what we wanted! I see the other reviews about them owing money to vendors.. I know our business owes money out also and I think its a terrible thing to do to a small company that is trying to make it big, their work is exceptional and that's what matters!
