After we had our initial consultation and discussed goals, we had allergy/intolerance & nutritional deficiency testing to determine what specific changes to start with. Ange went over the results and walked us through the process of cleaning out our kitchen, choosing products at the grocery store, and made a meal plan for the week based on what my kids already like. Substituting ingredients for healthier ones in recipes that the kids enjoy made the first steps to change less overwhelming. I feel amazing and never would have believed just how much better I would feel. I've seen positive changes in my kids' focus and behavior. I can't wait to add the other components that this Wellness Center offers - Cooking classes, Yoga classes, massage, and organic skin care! This the perfect place to escape stress and take a break. I can relax with a cup tea(they have a variety to choose from), while the kids have their own yoga class. I love having a place with healthy fun activities, rather than going to a noisy restaurant or bar to get away from the daily grind. It's going to be the new hot spot in Downtown Holly Springs, I just know it!

It is an older facility so the locker room and shower area is show its age. But all in all it's an ok place to get in a little exercise. The regular one person per month rate at this time is $67, which is steep. But I pay it for the convenience to my home and the pretty good indoor pool.

When they brought the PB instructor who will be not named , he allowed non members to come and play on Wednesday nights for $5.00 and opened it to all.. okay so whatever. Then it moved to outside PB off Bells Ferry , 2 weeks ago had 66 people , only 6 Y members. Today 5 non members came and ruined the play for our usual Mon, Wed, Fri group.. yes it was a great group all members of equal intermediate skill levels. We were also told they can play for $5.00 .. okay so they can come and play for $5.00 but if we bring our grandkids, they charge $25.00 each to use the pool. Hmm Whats wrong with that picture! Amazing how they think allowing non members to play , especially on Mon , Wed, Fri slots where we have plenty of members .. Real NICE... NOT!

Since…read morethis was my first time ever stepping foot in a yoga studio, or even practicing yoga, I didn't know exactly what to expect, all I knew was that I didn't want to make a fool out of myself. I really wanted a supplement to my work out, and to learn how to manage stress, so I decided to swallow my pride. As the practice went on, the instructor (also the owner), Bill, was very soothing, and very nice in showing everyone poses during the 90 minute session. Yes, I know 90 minutes sounds a lot, but as the minutes past by, the more and more I wanted to stay! The studio was nice sized, and a bit warm in temperature, but it all complemented along with the stretches and strength poses. For your first session, you receive the next session free, which is awesome! I definitely liked the way in which money was collected. I did notice they offer mat rentals for $10.00 and offer other yoga classes, and Thai massage. I'm definitely hooked, and looking forward to another practice with Bill!

But now there is no need and, let me just tell you, it's even better! I took my first Yoga Workout class of the New Year with Tra (who used to do the morning yoga classes and I'd taken that class with her once) and she kicked my ass! It was an amazing class, and her sense of humor kept things lighthearted and her thoughts and soothing voice calmed me and kept me centered. I'm sore, but limber, strong-feeling, energized, and focused this morning - just how a good yoga session should make you feel! Plus! They have plans to start taking credit and debit cards soon! My beloved studio is not only still here, but it's going to keep getting better!
